Micah Part 21 – Eating Strong Meat

“Eating Strong Meat”

Key Verses:  Micah 7:9 – 7:15

Here near the end of Micah, judgment is in full bloom.   As we saw last week, those being judged are now looking to the Lord.  This is what men do when they are given to know that the bearing of the cup of wrath will hasten the appearing of the Lord within us as the enemies of the new man are destroyed off the earth (Jer 22:29).  Patience is being learned as we wait for the coming of the Lord and experience many trials and temptations that draw us closer to Christ who is the lamp for our walk of faith.

Mic 7:8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

1Pe 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Contrary to the Babylonian lie of substitutionary atonement, all men will reap what they sow.  Our sinfulness is punished as our loving Father disciplines us by pouring out His grace in executing judgment.   The Body of Christ lives these words out now as judgment is now on the house of God as our old man is tormented in the presence of the holy angels in “The Christ”.

Rev 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

The rest of mankind are reserved to the Lake of Fire to bear their punishment and endure their torment in their appointed time of judgment.

2Pe 2:9 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

This prophecy like all prophecies applies in an “is, was and will be” manner.  God’s Elect live them out now, as judgment is now on His House (1Pe 4:17) and the rest of mankind will live them out later in the Great White Throne Judgment in the Lake of Fire. Here are the 7 verses for today’s detailed study in the last chapter of Micah.

Mic 7:9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

Mic 7:10 Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

Mic 7:11 In the day that thy walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.

Mic 7:12 In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.

Mic 7:13 Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.

Mic 7:14 Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.

Mic 7:15 According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.

All men have sinned and trespassed against the Lord.  There is no one good no one, not even one!  Simply put, flesh is not good and cannot inherit the kingdom of God.  The way we are made “good” is by the process of judgment that destroys the first vessel.

Jer 18:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was DESTROYED (marred) in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Losing our old life is required to gain our new life.  This life swapping process is only finished when we take our last breath living a crucified life for Christ Jesus as the Lord set the example we will follow.

Joh 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Mic 7:9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

If we are so blessed to be shown the depths of our sin and given the faith to believe the Word, then we have what is needed to bear the indignation of God against our sin.  We know it is that very process that accomplishes the will of the Lord and brings about our sanctification. In due time, all men are brought to Christ, who is the light unto the world through His Christ (Mat 5:14).  It is there “In Christ”, where we will behold His righteousness and where judgment is, was and will be executed.

Jer 33:15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

Zec 8:16 These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

The spiritually dead that hear our voice, hear the voice of Christ the True Shepherd and those words will execute judgment.

Joh 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

Joh 5:27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

It is the Body of Christ through whom the Lord works.  We have been given ALL AUTHORITY in heaven and earth because as He is so are we in this world (1Jo 4:17). We are the instruments of judgment and salvation to all men.

The Lord drags us to His Light as the true Jesus Christ is repulsive to flesh and the carnal mind esteems Him not (Isa 53:3).  We don’t decide to follow Him on our own, He turns us into destruction and also turns us back to Him in our day of the Lord (Psa 90:3).

Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Eze 38:4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:

Rom 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

It is the consuming fire of the Word that brings forth righteousness.  This does not come by our abiding alone. It come by our abiding in the midst of the fire which is the Body of Christ.

Mic 7:10 Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

Our enemies that persecute and mock us will be shamed when they see the Lord’s work in us and see that He truly loved those He chastens and scourges. Our enemies shall come bow down before Christ in us.  In this age, it is our inward enemies who seek to suppress and kill Christ within us that will bow down to Christ in us.  However in due time, in the Lake of Fire, our outward enemies will also come bow before us.

Rev 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

The true sons of God will be made manifest and the whole world will know the chosen few in whom the Lord has been working in ushering His plan for salvation of all men.

Isa 60:14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee, The city of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

Of course if we are in that first resurrection we will have forgiven our enemies fully knowing they were mere instruments of the Lord to bring salvation to us and truly knew not what they were doing.

Rom 11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

Rom 11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

When our enemies behold the truth, they will be in judgment going through the same process the Elect already have been through. To be carnally minded IS DEATH and those thoughts and mindsets represent the dust (mire) of the streets that is trodden down in the day of the Lord.

Isa 28:18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

The time of the Gentiles treading down Jerusalem is fulfilled when the Lord returns for judgment.  Then the enemies of God shall see who The Christ and be ashamed.

Luk 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled….

Luk 21:27 And then shall they see (Behold) the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

It is the Body of Christ who fight and tread down the Lord’s enemies with the Word (Zec 10:5).

Mic 7:11 In the day that thy walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.

Christ via The Body of Christ builds the walls and the gates of the Temple which separate us from the heathen world within and without us.  But when that construction project commences, the law of God, the decree, the statutes and ordinances of the Lord are far removed from us as our old way of life continues to manifest.  Our struggles with sin bring doubt and mockers both within is and without as judgment falls upon us.

Act 13:41 Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

2Pe 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

The construction of the Temple of God within us commences long before our enemies are subdued within and without.  The Book of Nehemiah shows us this as the escaped remnant from Babylon (The Elect in type and shadow) endured much stumbling as the wall was built until they began to walk in the counsel of the Lord.

Neh 1:7 We have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the judgments, which thou commandedst thy servant Moses.

Neh 10:38 And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.

When Christ shows up on the inside to bring war to our heavens, the new man is blessed beyond belief.  Yet it takes much travailing for this inward righteousness to begin to show up on the outside. In the natural it takes several years for good fruit to appear on fruit trees and so it is in the spiritual (Rom 1:20, Heb 12:11).  We must learn patience in waiting for the fruit.

Jas 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

When judgment suddenly comes upon us, it is likened to the days of Noah and Lot.  It is a time of eating, drinking and being merry and then suddenly destruction comes.  Obedience and our focus on treasures in heaven is not yet in view. Our initial testimony is false.  All talk and no action, we continue to make a pretense in our worship of God, seeking gain and making merchandise until a fuller measure of grace is poured out to turn us back to the Lord.

Mat 23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not…

Mat 23:5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,

Yet we are mere clay, truly the Lord’s workmanship.  He alone is the builder of His House.  He starts the construction and He finishes it right on schedule (Isa 46:10, Isa 64:8).  When the Lord begins working with us and making us into doers, it is the day of small beginnings.

Zec 4:9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.

Zec 4:10 For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

The Body of Christ are the eyes of the Lord in bringing judgment and protecting the sheep as faithful watchmen.

The whole of the earth, the inward and the outward will be subject to judgment.  All of the land within and without, every nation, tribe and tongue will become part of the kingdom of God as every knee shall bow.

Rev 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

The Lord uses everything, nothing is wasted in bringing about our sanctification when He is performing His will in our life.  The Lord has devised means to save His people and that includes working the evil and the good (Isa 45:7) to save men. He even raises up the Assyrian King within us and in this world outwardly to bring occasion for judgment and usher in salvation (Isa 10:6).   Those that overcome are symbolized both by those that stand on the Mountain of God and also those that have dominion over the sea.  Earlier in the Micah study we covered these verses which also closely mirror the words of Isaiah 2 and which speak to events of the Lake of Fire when there is no more war.

Mic 4:1 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

Flesh is symbolized in Scripture by the sea (Rev 20:8, Rev 16:3).  Ultimately there will be no more seas as all flesh is destroyed by judgment as the last enemy to be destroyed is death which means no more flesh.  This comes to the Elect first in down payment form but ultimately to all mankind at as the Millennium comes to an end and the judgment of the lake of fire commences.

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Jesus Christ has overcome the world and everything in the world and one day too all men In Christ will be able to spiritually walk on the sea which is symbolic to gaining dominion over sin.

Rev 15:2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

Psa 72:8 He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.

The fruit of the Spirit begins with Love which is our obedience the judgments of God and the chastening grace causes us to walk in His way (Eze 36:27).  Fruit of the Spirit is manifest in those who “have” and are crucifying the flesh and its evil desires, AFTER we have walked in the fire of judgment.

Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Gal 5:24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

As we begin to partake of communion with the Body of Christ we begin to eat at the King’s Table and grow and thereby produce the fruit for which we have been chosen to produce.

Joh 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Being fed the rod is being fed the word of God which judges us in the last day.  What is bitter to the old way of life and the flesh is sweet to the new man and is what nourishes the new man.

Rev 10:10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter

Eze 2:9 And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;

Eze 2:10 And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.

The Lord’s Elect, the Body speak those words of fire (Jer 5:14) that consume the adversaries of God.  We are they that feed the flock of God and give one another the very spiritual food that grows and matures the new man within us. Christ tells Peter 3 times in John 21 to feed and to nourish His sheep signifying the process of spiritual completion (three) by judgment.

Rev 7:17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

Eze 34:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

These “marvelous” [H6381] works of the Lord are indeed the same “wonderful” [H6381] works of the Lord to the children of men in Psalm 107. These works are His judgments and the trials and tribulations we must endure to be delivered from the world (Egypt) and its carnal way of life.  These many signs and wonders are the many tribulations of Acts 14:22.

Psa 107:15 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

Isa 8:18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

Carmel, Bashan and Gilead are all places where the Lord’s people gain great spiritual victories.  All those stories are written for our admonition to teach us valuable spiritual truths (1Co 10:11, 1Pe 1:12).  Carmel is where all the lies and false doctrines of Baal are cast out of our heavens (1Ki 18:40) as we kill all the false prophets.

Bashan and Gilead represent the land of King Og and where Israel had a wonderful overcoming experience with a major enemy. King Og was the last obstacle east of the Jordan for Israel to cross over and enter into the promised land and begin to be fruitful and multiply.  For us to advance and mature we must too be overcomers.

Deu 3:3 So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.

Deu 3:4 And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.

Deu 3:5 All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.

Yet we don’t continue to fight.  We get complacent.  We are warned not to become slothful not to grow weary but continue to strive and endure to the end.  The same shall be saved.

Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

In that day, the Lord will awaken us to righteousness and get us back feeding on our enemies the way we did in type and shadow in Bashan and Gilead. Enemies of Christ are bread for the new man.  The mighty men of the flesh, the bulls of Bashan become food for us.

Num 14:9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not.

We learn to eat strong meat as a mature man and that is dying to self, bearing the trials and the afflictions for which all of God’s Elect have been appointed.  This is spiritual nourishment for Christ in is to grow and mature and bear fruit that remains.

Eze 39:18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.

Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Joh 6:56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him

Breaking bread with our fellow brethren is sharing the Word and fellowship with Christ.  Eating the Word is partaking of the suffering and affliction for which all of God’s Elect have been appointed (Phi 1:29).  This is how we endure, dying daily and ultimately become overcomers.

1Co 11:26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

Christ is His Body and the Body is the Tree of Life. As we overcome and conquer the enemies of the Lord, we are eating of the tree of life. The old man is dying and Christ is being raised to eternal life.

Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Eating of this bread, the Body of Christ is the hidden manna that the world does not know.  But we who are overcoming have the mind of Christ and bear His name in a mystery.

Rev 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

Next week Lord willing, we will conclude the Book of Micah and review the final five verses.  A brief summary of the entire book will also be provided to bring to remembrance the things we have studies these past 5 months.

God Works The Storms of Our Lives

stormysea1Pe 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

Whether men believe it or not,  and very few indeed believe it,  God is working all things for the counsel of His will.

Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Our whole life in these marred vessels of clay is just a vapor said James.  God’s purposes in bringing us first into a body of sinful flesh complete with a totally carnal mind is not to make flesh good.  It is all about remaking us into the new man, the spiritual man which must first take place before anyone can enter into the kingdom of God.  Flesh and blood, not even the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ was ever intended to inherit the kingdom of God.

1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
1Co 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
1Co 15:48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
1Co 15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

God is the potter and we truly are the clay and have no free will outside of that which God has allowed us.  The choices we make are all the choices the Lord has chosen for us as our lives have been written before there were any days.

Psa 139:16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

Act 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Eph 1:4-5 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will

It is the carnal mind that denies the Lord at every turn not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God.  All of our experiences in life, be they good, evil or indifferent are all from God.  All things are from God and there are no exceptions.

Rom 11:36  For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

2Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

and lest not forget or deny the Lord who works “all things” , even evil things.  Such a truth will bring the charge of blasphemy from the carnal minded in Babylon, yet the Scriptures tell the truth.

Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Amo 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

Job 26:13 By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.

The Lord willing, as we begin to grasp His total sovereignty over all things, even evil things,  we will begin to understand that this applies not just to the people down the street or over there,  but it applies to you and me.  It applies to our very sins and all things that go on in our lives.  All things is indeed all things.

Isa 63:17 O LORD, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants’ sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.

God is the potter we are the clay.  Many can recite those verses but don’t really believe.  They don’t have the God given gift of faith it takes to believes in Him.  They don’t understand what God hardening Pharaoh’s heart means and how that personally applies to them.  Yet every jot and tittle of the Potter and Clay verses are absolutely true and all that we do is indeed God’s works in us.

Isa 64:8But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Php 2:13 For it is God (not you, not your delusion of free will)  which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

This can only be revealed to us by the Spirit of God.  And it is revealed to God’s Elect as the chastening grace of the Lord falls upon them and the judgment of their old man and the destruction of their carnal mind begins in earnest on the appointed day of the Lord for each.

1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

And what is the purpose of God’s judgments?  It is to purify us and make all things new.  New life only comes thru death of the old man and carnal mind.

Isa 26:9 …for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

The words of Christ are all spirit and we need to be shown what the earth is and where heaven is to have any chance of understanding the word of God.  My whole point of this post was to bring us to this understanding.

The storms of our lives, the failures,  the emotional ups and downs, disappointments, dilemma’s,  physical and mental calamities, hard decisions and ALL THINGS are given to us by God on purpose.  If those things happen to us we can be sure that is the will of God.  He is working all things.  Christ raises up these storms in our lives to reveal something about ourselves that He is dealing with in bringing the new man out of the darkness that is the old man.

For instance, God has given me many tests with finances to try my faith and to see if I would walk in His statutes or go the way of the world.  Other sheep may not be given that trial now as their issues and what God is dealing with them are different things.  I have had an issue with patience all my life.  Last month,  I cannot count how times God put me in a middle of storm where I wanted to scream out of impatience.  I lost it a few times but thankfully am learning thru this chastening to just stand in the fire and just endure it.  God was still showing me that part of the beast was still alive and well and needed to be killed.

When the giants in our land are exposed by these trials, we are to destroy everything and leave nothing alive, otherwise the trial will keep on coming with greater intensity until the chastening grace of God accomplishes its work.  The land that is our spiritual heart will eventually be cleared of all things that defile.  That is salvation.   The stories of Israel were spiritual examples for us, of lessons and trials we would endure and storms through which we will all experience.

Deu 20:16 But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth: (impatience,  greed, lying, lust, strife, all the works of the flesh must go)
Deu 20:17 But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:

These are just elementary examples I have provided.  But you can be sure that God is behind all the trials of your life including the most inner thoughts we have both positive and negative.  If we are so blessed to be judged in this life, we will have the shame of our own nakedness exposed in God’s appointed times.  Man must live by every word and sooner or later we will fulfill these verses.

1Co 3:21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;

We must remember that what is more precious than gold to the Lord is not our faith, but the trial of our faith.

1Pe 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

This is the same gold, Christ counsels all of us to buy from Him.  It is thru these trials that we are purified and have our nakedness (sinfulness) covered by our faith.

Rev 3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

It is going thru these fiery trials and storms of life that we see into the thing of God.  This is how we grow in the knowledge and grace of the Lord Jesus.  It is by being scourged as a chosen son of God that we shall see and shall be raised as a child of the kingdom.

Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

But all of this is nonsense and foolishness to the carnal mind.  What the carnal man grumbles and complains about, the spiritual man counts as joy, knowing the outcome of these storms and trials.  Knowing these things will change your perspective 360 degrees.  Coming to know that God is bringing the storms, the afflictions of life to us and that it is all being worked for good and our sanctification as His Elect is how we learn to live peaceably with all men and thank God for all things.

As we are weaned from the milk of the word and begin to eat strong meat we grow quickly in the grace and knowledge of The Lord. Those God has chosen and opened a door into heaven will have revelation poured out to them.

Isaiah 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

But we must to able to move on to maturity and get past the milk of the gospel of Jesus Christ and Him crucified that Babylon takes for the meat.

God thru Christ creates these storms in our lives. Yet it is also Christ that calms these storms.  The storms don’t go away, we just learn how to stand in the furnace of fire and be at peace, knowing the will of God and that He is working all things for the counsel of His will.  As we grown in this fiery chastening grace we will stand in the furnace of affliction with our Lord knowing the purposes of our calling. I pray that all that know Christ will endure these fiery trials to the very end,

James 1:2 My brethren count it all joy when you fall into diverse temptations (the fiery trials)

It is a very good thing to be judged now. It is indeed a blessing that comes upon the people of God in this age.  May the rock that is Christ crush our flesh and destroy the giants that are defiling the land within.  To be useful for God in His kingdom, all flesh and self righteousness must be removed by force from the temple.  That comes only thru judgment and with much affliction.

Exo 27:20  And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.

God is using these storms and bringing much tribulation upon His chosen few now.  As God sent Christ to save the world, so Christ sends His Christ, His very body to do the same.  We must become a living sacrifice and follow the Lord and be crucified with Him thru these fiery trials and afflictions.  That is the purpose of the storms and it is very good news when you are given the ability to see it.

Joh 20:21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

1Jn 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

The carnal mind must be destroyed.  The self righteous beast that all men are must perish and this comes by the righteous judgment of God.  This old man of flesh must die for the new man to come forth.  That is the entire purpose of this life and why God first makes us a marred vessel of clay before He remakes us all in our appointed times.

Ecc 1:13 I applied my heart to inquiring and exploring by wisdom concerning all that is done under the heavens:it is an experience of evil Elohim has given to the sons of humanity to humble them by it.

The storms of the sea, which is a symbol for the the trials of our flesh, are given to us by God to show us what a wretched beast all flesh is and that we are in need of a Savior.  It is by being shown our wickedness and that we are the abomination that causes desolation in the temple of God, that salvation will come.  The old man and carnal mind will be destroyed by fire, which is the word of God which is Christ.

Psalm  107 is one of my favorites that reveals the truth of God creating the storms, the waves of the sea, the trials of this life for purposes of bringing forth and building up our faith.  We are healed and made new by the process of enduring thru these storms and learning to trust solely in the Lord and not the strength of our flesh.  All men are fools until they are made wise by the experience of God’s process of sanctifying us by chastening grace.

Psa 107:17 Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.

Psa 107:18 Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death.
Psa 107:19 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses.
Psa 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Psa 107:21 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

We will be taught to be joyful through these storms once we know their purposes and God’s plans.  We must be brought to our wits end, where we surrender and have no strength left and then the Lord will deliver us and make the storm calm.  Notice that the “meat” of the word that is Christ is in fact the trials, the storms, the very afflictions that we must endure to be saved.  Our natural man abhors these things and does not want to drink of the cup that Christ drank.  Yet were are told we shall surely drink, it is only a matter of when that day has been appointed for us by God.

Jer 25:28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at thine hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ye shall certainly drink.
Jer 25:29 For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the LORD of hosts.

So all these storms are created by God to bring us into despair where we will cry out to God for deliverance.

Psa 107:26 They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.
Psa 107:27 They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits’ end.
Psa 107:28 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.
Psa 107:29 He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still.

So next time you find yourself in a fiery trial and a major storm of life.  Count it all joy.  Give thanks to the Lord.

Eph 5:20  Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Then You Shall Know I Am The Lord

I am going to speak about the righteous judgment of God in this post and how that is the means by which we come to know the Lord.  Jesus told us this mystery in this parable right here.

Mat 13:49 So shall it be at the end of the AGE (vs world): the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just
Mat 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

This verse speaks nothing about an eternal hell as virtually the whole church system believes.  It speaks about how God bring about the end of the carnal minded AGE of man through judgment.  The word AION translated “world” in our bibles is not the correct word but that is a topic for another day.  God brings about the end of the AGE for each of us in our appointed time.  He sends His messengers, His Elect which are His angels to speak words of fire to our hearts and consume the wood which is our carnal idols.

I am now standing in a furnace spiritually speaking.  That is where the Lord’s people will stand.  We will be saved through fire not be escaping fire.

1 Cor 3:15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

To the new man coming forth from the ashes of desolation of the old man, we will learn to stand in the fire and it will not harm us.

Dan 3:27 And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king’s counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.

I have been blessed to have been put into the fire.  This is the only way we can ever enter into the kingdom of God.  I have been redeemed of the Lord and I will boldly say so to all.

Psalm 107:2  Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy

I now hear the voice of the Shepherd.  I am not boasting in saying this, this is what we are supposed to say as otherwise we are denying Christ.  Christ lives,  He lives in me as I have been redeemed.  He has come in the flesh.  I came to hear HIS voice only by beginning and enduring through some not so nice things, called judgment.  But that is how salvation comes, there is no other way.

Isa 1:27  Zion shall be redeemed with judgment

The LORD told us clearly what shall judge us.

John 12:47-48  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.   He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Right here we have a great mystery and riddle before our eyes.  It is the WORD that will judge us; but ONLY if we are able to hear it AND BELIEVE IT.   Getting ears to hear this WORD and the faith to believe it are both gifts from God.  Man does not choose on its own to receive these gifts, there given to him.  Even the faith given is not our faith but is the faith of Christ.

Mat 11:15 He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

Very few will be given ears to hear as the Scriptures declare.  Many that “believe on Christ”  will claim to hear but they do not hear and this message is not for them.  These people Jesus spoke with that day and speaks to today that believe but do not hear and are not now being judged.  Their appointed day cannot come until and unless they can hear HIS word.

Joh 8:43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.
Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.
Joh 8:47 He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

The word that Christ has spoken will be our judge in the “last day”.  The last day of course being a customized day, preordained for each us that really represents the end of the age, the end of our carnal mind.  When our appointed day comes and we are given the gift of FAITH,  then and only then, are we given ears to hear.  Until we can hear the WORD of GOD,  we cannot really believe and as it says right here, we cannot be judged until we hear.  This is a deep mystery that God must reveal but it is also captured in this Psalm.

Psalm 1:5  Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment

Judgment begins at the house of God.  Most people will not see judgment in this life as they have not be chosen and given ears to hear.  This is God’s plan which is revealed in Scriptures and I simply must accept it.

Mat 22:14  “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

The carnal man hates this truth.  They are at enmity with the true things of God.  One huge log and insidious false doctrine of Babylon that blinds people to the truth is the CARNAL idea that salvation is avoiding judgment and avoiding the wrath of God.  It ties into the false doctrine that since Jesus died for us, we do not need to also die.  No my friends, that is a lie.   This is one of the most insidious doctrines of Babylon and those bound up with the traditions of our forefathers.

Mat 10:39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Jesus paid the ultimate penalty for sin which is death.  All men shall be made alive in the appointed time, but in order for all men to enter into the kingdom of God, they must be born again.  This only by the will of the Father in the appointed time as one can read in John 1:12 and scores of other places.   Yet this death, the second death must precede the new birth and for all but a chosen few, this will be after the second resurrection in the ages to come.  Far beyond this post to get into it, but the one baptism that all in Christ will experience is the baptism into HIS DEATH.  He died and we too shall surely die just as God told Adam.

That is what Jesus was speaking right here in parable for those with ears to hear.

John 12:24-25   Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.   He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

So I hope this post which will explore the many places where God speaks of knowing He is the Lord will open your eyes to understanding this great mystery and hidden wisdom.  It is a wonderful liberating truth when you see it.  If you see it, there is likely some budding of new life going on in your spiritual house.

Ezekiel 29:21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

This verse speaks to a very special day.  It is the day that we will come to know the Lord.  Yet this day is not the day that Orthodox Christianity teaches.  They have it completely backwards.

In a great hidden mystery,  the way of salvation is hidden from carnal eyes.  Salvation is KNOWING THE LORD in the Spirit.  This is only revealed unto a man by GOD Himself,  in His choosing in the appointed time.  It is through judgment that we will all come to know the Lord.

Rev 15:8  And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

NO MAN means NO MAN.  No man can enter into the temple of God that is in our heart, until these plagues are all fulfilled in us.  This is how we enter into AIONIOUS (Eternal) Life.  This is salvation and only a few there be shall find the way in this life.

John  17:3   And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent

I am writing this for the benefit of some brothers I know are going through great tribulation and also for myself.  It is through the trial of our God given faith in HIS WORD that we will be purified.  There is no other way.  We are to count these trials and the cost of being a disciple as pure joy.  God willing this we shall do.  We must come to understand this is the way of the Lord.

Isa 48:10  Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction

Isa 26:9  for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness

The “earth” is referring to our flesh and that is how we learn righteousness.  When we abide in His word we will be His disciples indeed and in the truth which is Jesus Christ.  This truth shall set us free.  I hope you can hear these words.

Jer 22:29  O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD.

Chastening Grace is How We Know Him

It is thru our chastening that we shall learn. Chastening is the same word translated as “being taught”.  The grace of God that saves is not just some unmerited favor; it is the chastisement of God.  When sin abounds,  this chastisement increases all the more.  That is the way of God, burning sin out of His chosen people in the appointed time. If sin increases,  God just ratchets up the heat in the furnace and ultimately grace will win and sin will be destroyed.

It is the same way the Lord learned and His Elect will be no different and shall not escape the righteous judgment of God.

Heb 5:8  Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered

Like His Father sent Him,  He sends us.  We too shall be broken and ground to powder.  That is how we die to self to live for Christ.

Mat 21:44  And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

Far beyond this post to get into,  but know that most,  the “many called” DO NOT undergo judgment in this life.  Theirs will be in the Lake of Fire to come in the future age.  Many that call themselves sons of God are not yet sons as that requires being chastened through the judgments of God.

Heb 12:8  But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

You can be sure that as Christ was in this world so shall His Elect be.  It pleased the Father to crush His Son  and will be no different for us.  Again I write this so I can be comforted and trust in His precious promises.

Heb 12:6  For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Heb 12:7  If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

The self righteous JOB did not yet understand this and had no idea what God was doing to him or why.  Neither do we initially, but we will but first we will be like JOB.

Job 40:6-8   Then answered the LORD unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,  Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?

So with this very long lead in,  I want to review many of the verses in the Scriptures that speak how God works salvation in His chosen people.  Carnal man continues to take these verses as if they speak to an eternal hell for people that do not know the Lord, yet the exact opposite is the truth.  It is through these judgments and enduring all His wrath that we shall come to Know That He Is The Lord.

All of these examples are from the Old Testament which are types and shadows of things that will happen to the people of God, His Israel,  His Elect,  His Bride, the Body of Christ,  the chosen few.  These stories all apply to us this very day.

1 Cor 10:11  Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the AGE (world) are come.

Salvation Comes Thru Judgment

The end of the age is the end of our carnal walk and the beginning of our spiritual walk.  This spiritual walk starts and ends with great tribulation.  Let us begin in Exodus where God said this.

Exodus 6:6 Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

Our redemption comes with great judgment.  That is the answer to the question of “when” we will know He is the Lord.  God is bringing the NEW MAN forward thru great judgment on the old man.  It is the destruction of this beast that is the whole purpose of God’s judgment.  God told Adam you shall surely die and that was said to all of us who are in Adam but will also be made alive thru Christ in the appointed time.  God literally takes us out of the world and zaps the desires of the world out of our hearts.  Do you see it?

Exodus 6:7 And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

It is God who drags/draws all people to Himself (John  6:44).  Here we are told bluntly that being called out of Egypt and a worldly focus and mind is all the work of God.  He has chosen us out of this world and we will henceforth be sojourners and pilgrims.  Jesus was not of this world and neither will His Elect fit in with the affairs and beliefs of the “world”.

Exodus 7:5 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, WHEN I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them.

When God remakes us into spiritual beings,  He is not making the flesh good.  That is self righteousness to think so as JOB learned and we will all learn the hard way.  God is bringing forth a people, the ELECT by bringing us out from among the world.  He does this by stretching forth His hands which means to bring judgment upon us.  Each of these verses could be the subject of its own post, there is so much meat in each of them, so I encourage you to read around them and ask God for spiritual eyes to see the truth.

Exodus 7:17 Thus saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood

What is “in this” we shall know the Lord.  It is judgment.  In judgment we shall know Him.  We will know Him after we are smitten and realize all of our spiritual water we had been drinking was deception.  Those polluted waters just made us spiritually dead no matter how much external fleshly worship of God we participated in.  All will live every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, even this one.

2Th 2:11-12  And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

We will know He is the Lord looking back at the deceptions we lived and the time we spent in captivity in Babylon churches.  We will certainly be made a fool as we our smitten by His rod of judgment and have our living waters polluted and turned to blood.  This is speaking to the false doctrines we will be deceived  by and follow and they lead only to spiritual death.  This was me for many years, walking around as an evil judge of hearts, churches and men,  thinking I was more righteous and by my free will was doing good for God.  Such nonsense and when God opens your eyes,  you can look back and know HE was directing every single step of it to bring you to a place of true humility.

Exodus 8:22-23  And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth. And I will put a division between my people and thy people.   When  the world hates us and by the world,  I mean the professing church;  this is all a division brought by God.  Christ did not come to bring peace but division.  There will always be great derision, reproach and opposition to the true disciples of Christ who worship Him in truth and in spirit, giving God all the glory for all things.  They hated Christ first and they will come to hate us we begin to testify to these hidden mysteries that will set  you free if Jesus will give you ears to hear.

Exodus 10:2 And that thou mayest tell in the ears of thy son, and of thy son’s son, what things I have wrought in Egypt, and my signs which I have done among them; that ye may know how that I am the LORD.  What did God wrought in Egypt?  Great judgment, 10, a perfect number of plagues.  If we taught the true gospel we would be teaching believers of the judgments of God and telling them to wait upon the Lord and prepare them for His coming to destroy their carnal minds.  This was the message Paul was conveying here for those with ears to hear.

1Th 5:1-3  But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.   For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

This destruction is good.  The judgments of God are sweeter than honey and more desirable than gold when one understands (Psalm 19:9).  This is why when you find yourself living and having lived the words of the Book of Revelation, one will get great comfort from UNDERSTANDING this verse.

Rev 1:3  Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.   This is a sign of salvation being worked in a man when he understands these words and keeps (lives) those things written therein.

Exodus 31:13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.  These verses speak a lesson, not of keeping a fleshly physical Sabbath on Saturdays,  but of entering into the Sabbath rest that remains for the people of God.  It comes on the 7th day, the day of completion ,  the day of the Lord for each of us in our appointed times.  This is when we begin to walk in the Spirit AFTER having entered into the  judgments of God.  Then and only then shall we shall know He is the Lord in the Spirit and will know Him no longer in the flesh.  Until we eat of His flesh and drink of His blood we will not know Him.

Deuteronomy 29:6 Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.  Until we are put into God’s furnace of affliction,  we will not know Him.  We will be eating manna but the kind that satisfies our flesh.  Until we eat the real bread and drink of the Lord’s cup of wrath,  our appointed day has not yet arrived.  The day of the Lord for us individually remains future.  But make no mistake,  we will have to go to the cross and die.  We will have to be baptized into Christ’s death.  That baptism comes by fire and the WORD that shall judge us.  The sons of Zebedee were told the truth in parable by the Lord.  But this and its timing is all in the Father’s hands as He has chosen before the world began.

Mat 20:22  But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.

Mat 20:23  And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.

Salvation comes thru JUDGEMENT.  We like Christ will feel forsaken of God if we do not understand these things.  We will not understand them initially, we will only know it after the fact.  But just like Christ cried out MY MY GOD, why have YOU forsaken Me,  we will do the same until our deliverance shall come.

Isaiah 49:26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

But such a blessing when we come to know Him in Spirit.  When He enters into us and by His Spirit we will henceforth be His people and know Him.  This will be after great judgment where we will be shown what a wretched man we truly are and all that boasting and prideful religious parading we did we be seen for what it is in God’s eyes.  DUNG.

Jeremiah 24:7 And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

Our carnal minds will be slain right before our eyes, in the midst of ourselves.  That is what these Scriptures declare for those with ears to hear.

Ezekiel 6:7 And the slain shall fall in the midst of you, and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

People that want to argue God does not do evil or is not the author of evil must have cut these verses out of their bible.

Ezekiel 6:10 And they shall know that I am the LORD, and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.

Ezekiel 6:13 Then shall ye know that I am the LORD, when their slain men shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place where they did offer sweet savour to all their idols.  When will we know?  Only after we see with spiritual eyes the slain men,  the spiritual death on all the carnal high hills, the churches of men and under the towering trees built by the hands of men.  These words are all spirit.

Vengeance For His Temple

Ezekiel 6:14 So will I stretch out my hand upon them, and make the land desolate, yea, more desolate than the wilderness toward Diblath, in all their habitations: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

The common recurring theme is that judgment comes first to the house of God and then and only then will we know He is the Lord.

1 Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

The land that represents our spiritual hearts will be devasted, made desolate by the abomination that causes desolation.  That is us, our carnal mind, the beast that sits exalted on God’s throne in our heart.  But I have good news for you.  God will have vengeance for His temple.

Jer 51:11  Make bright the arrows; gather the shields: the LORD hath raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes: for his device is against Babylon, to destroy it; because it is the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of his temple.

We are that house, we are the temples of God.  It says here what happens if we defile the temple and all men sin.  I hope you can receive this.

1 Cor 3:16-17   Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?  If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.  This destruction is good, we shall surely die.  This righteous judgment of God is the beginning of salvation and the process the Lord uses to bring us into intimacy with Him and the Father.

Ezekiel 7:4 And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.  God sends delusion,  He plants abominations in our hearts,  He sends evil spirits to us,  He lays the land desolate in destruction.  This is the wrath of God poured out upon His chosen people in their appointed time.  He scourges every son He receives and there shall be no escape.  Here is the Lord I have come to know which is polar opposite the one followed in Babylon.
Isaiah 45:7  I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Ezekiel 7:9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense thee according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee; and ye shall know that I am the LORD that smiteth.

I thank God the Lord has not had pity as otherwise we would stay right where we are in the world playing church.  We would therefore NEVER KNOW HIM.  Far better to pay the cost of count of the blessing of being a chosen disciple even if it costs you everything the world so highly esteems.  Carrying a cross is painful to our flesh, it will bring great sorrow.  JOB came to see this.

Job 14:22  But his flesh will be in pain over it, And his soul will mourn over it.”

Ezekiel 7:27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

As Christ Christ’s we will follow our Lord.  We too will live these words.

Mat 26:38  Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.

The walk of a disciple that knows His Lord is to fill up in the afflictions of Christ that our behind in our bodies for the sake of the church.

I can go on and on with these judgment and knowing the Lord verses.  I will share just a few more.

Ezekiel 11:10 Ye shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the border of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

We will know He is the Lord when we begin to hear His word spiritually.  Then His WORD, which is this sword shall cut us down by judging it.  This sword will burn out the carnal mind and the impurities that defile us.

Ezekiel 11:12 And ye shall know that I am the LORD: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you.

None of us will have an argument with God.  We will know that we are wretched men, marred in the hands of the Potter and have done many wicked deeds, especially the insidious sin of self righteousness that robs God and steals His glory.

Ezekiel 12:15 And they shall know that I am the LORD, WHEN I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countries.

Ezekiel 30:26 And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

We will know He is the Lord when we no longer fit in with this world.  When the desires of our hearts have been changed by God.  We will be aliens and strangers in a foreign land, that is this world.

Ezekiel 13:14 So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

The Lord will crush the religious idols we held in our heart.  The very things we took for comfort and security will be demolished with the brightness of His coming into our heart.  Then we shall know He is the Lord and has done it all since day one.

Ezekiel 13:23 Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

When we are delivered out of Babylon and all its false gospels, doctrines and fleshly worship, we will know we were our own worst enemy and will be praising our Savior for rescuing us out of their hands.

Ezekiel 14:8 And I will set my face against that man, and will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

I felt so lonely until I came to understand what God was doing to me.  I had become a sign and a proverb.  What a unbelievable heretic and hypocrite was I using the Bible and heaping condemnation and judgment upon everyone by myself.  I had so many logs in my eyes yet could see tiny specks in everyone else and I delighted to point them out.  But God thankfully cut me off from Himself and led me down that path of delusion to humble me and bring me to a place where He could then lift me up.  That is God’s way of salvation.

Ecc 1:13 (CLV) I applied my heart to inquiring and exploring by wisdom concerning all that is done under the heavens:it is an experience of evil Elohim has given to the sons of humanity to humble them by it.

How else are we going to come to know good and evil, unless we live it and experience it?  Maybe one can now begin to understand God’s ways.

Ezekiel 15:7 And I will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I set my face against them.

When His Elect speak His words, those words are a fire.  Those words do not return void, they will accomplish their intended purposes and when they do, you will know He is the Lord.  Speaking to His chosen Elect,  we are told this, this is what disciples do.

Jer 5:14  I am making My words in your mouth become fire, And this people wood, and it shall devour them.

So thank God for the righteous judgment of God.  It begins at His house and is the only way we can come to truly know Him.  Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!

Ezekiel 20:42 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall bring you into the land of Israel, into the country for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to your fathers.

Election and knowing God is not merited.  It is a gift ordained of God to be given to each man in a time appointed from before the world began.  What confounds wise men in the flesh is that those who know the Lord have pretty crappy looking resumes in terms of their past holiness and righteousness.

Ezekiel 20:44 And ye shall know that I am the LORD when I have wrought with you for my name’s sake, not according to your wicked ways, nor according to your corrupt doings, O ye house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
It is all a gift of God, knowing Him and salvation thru faith.  Then we will walk circumspectfully knowing Him and trembling at His every word.

Ezekiel 30:19  Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Ezekiel 25:11 And I will execute judgments upon Moab; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

When will know Him?  AFTER He has begun to  execute judgment upon us.  That is the way of salvation, thru many tribulations and enduring of great wrath.  The sum of thy word principal makes this perfectly clear yet remains a mystery and foolishness to carnal eyes.
Ezekiel 25:17 And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.  WHEN WILL WE KNOW?  Only when we experience and endure God’s vengeance for His temple.

Those that understand this mystery of God’s judgment can read the book of Revelation and hear spiritually the words of prophecy and know they are living them right now and the time is near.

Rev 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Awakened To Righteousness

I have dealt mainly with judgment as the means of knowing the Lord.  But we also will know the Lord when He brings life into us and changes us before our very eyes.  We will know it is all HIM doing it and we are just being led by His Spirit.

Ezekiel 37:6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

We will be taking NO CREDIT and NO GLORY for resurrecting ourselves from the spiritually dead.  As a slave to sin, there will be no boasting that any of the work of salvation was of our own doing or even our own initiative.  We will know that NO MAN comes to Christ unless they are literally dragged kicking and screaming.  Here are words for those with ears to hear, showing the FATHER dragging us to Christ.  He makes war on our flesh.  He goes fishing with hooks.

Eze 38:1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Eze 38:2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
Eze 38:3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
Eze 38:4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:

It is thru this judgment that we are slain of the Lord and raised anew into new life.  Praise God.

Ezekiel 37:13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves

For many they will not know He is the Lord until after the resurrection as that is where they will be judged.  Only few are judged here and now, all the rest later and then they will know He is the Lord.

Ezekiel 38:23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.

The saving of all men in the end, will magnify the Lord throughout all the earth.  When ever knee bows and every tongue confesses to the glory of God, all of us will know Him, every man that ever lived.

Jer 31:34  And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall ALL know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them

Heb 8:11  And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for ALL shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

We are all going to know the Lord in due time.  That is very good news and means the salvation of all men.  But that glorious time will only arrive after the end of God’s judgment and the destruction of ALL FLESH and ALL CARNAL MINDS.

Ezekiel 39:6 And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

When ears hear the WORD, which is this fire,  then judgment has arrived and they shall know He is the Lord.  I do hope you are seeing this as it is repeated so many times all over the Bible.  It is God’s plan for all of us to come out the world and go into the wilderness and then be led into Babylon and live in great deception for an appointed time.  I can look back at my time in Babylon and see God’s hand all over it and you will too one day if you do not currently see it.  But all will come to know Him on the appointed day for each.

Ezekiel 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.

I will end this post by sharing with you Zephaniah 1.  This chapter used to be used by me to sow fear of a wrathful angry God who would barbecue His creation in an eternal hell.  Silly me.  These verses speak to salvation coming upon ALL men  in our appointed time.  That salvation comes thru great judgment as I hope you have seen above.  Maybe you can begin to hear the truth and come out of her my people.

Zep 1:1  The word of the LORD which came to Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hezekiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.

Zep 1:2  “I will utterly consume everything From the face of the land,” Says the LORD;

It is good that the land be made desolate and we are shown we are the abomination that caused all of this desolation.

Zep 1:3  “I will consume man and beast; I will consume the birds of the heavens, The fish of the sea, And the stumbling blocks along with the wicked. I will cut off man from the face of the land,” Says the LORD.

The word of God that is a fire will burn up all these things that defile our land in the appointed time.  God is this consuming fire, thru CHRIST and HIS Christ.

Zep 1:4  “I will stretch out My hand against Judah, And against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem. I will cut off every trace of Baal from this place, The names of the idolatrous priests with the pagan priests—

Praise God.  All our false idols, things like eternal hell, man’s free will,  trinity and 200,000,000 others will all be burned up along with all the false prophets and lairs all men have been before their day of judgment came.

Zep 1:5  Those who worship the host of heaven on the housetops; Those who worship and swear oaths by the LORD, But who also swear by Milcom;

There will be no exceptions.  Those who claim Christ’s name but swear by Milcom are the MANY CALLED but not chosen.  They too will be judged and the fire will consume all the adversaries of God.  All will be burned but as 1 Cor 3:15, we shall be saved as thru the fire.

Zep 1:6  Those who have turned back from following the LORD, And have not sought the LORD, nor inquired of Him.”

Zep 1:7  Be silent in the presence of the Lord GOD; For the day of the LORD is at hand, For the LORD has prepared a sacrifice; He has invited His guests.

We are the sacrifice.  There are two goats to be killed.  Christ on the Altar and the scapegoat in the wilderness.  That second goat is the Elect, the Christ of Christ who will be crucified with Christ

Zep 1:8  “And it shall be, In the day of the LORD’s sacrifice, That I will punish the princes and the king’s children, And all such as are clothed with foreign apparel.

All of our worldly external forms of godliness and self righteousness will be exposed and burned off of us with fire.

Zep 1:9  In the same day I will punish All those who leap over the threshold, Who fill their masters’ houses with violence and deceit.

This is all of us at one time.  We will live every word.  All have filled their houses, the LORD’s temple with false words and deceit.

Zep 1:10  “And there shall be on that day,” says the LORD, “The sound of a mournful cry from the Fish Gate, A wailing from the Second Quarter, And a loud crashing from the hills.

We all will come to our wits ends and cry out to the Lord be it here or in the ages to come for deliverance.  When we do, we shall be delivered.

Zep 1:11  Wail, you inhabitants of Maktesh! For all the merchant people are cut down; All those who handle money are cut off.

Zep 1:12  “And it shall come to pass at that time That I will search Jerusalem with lamps, And punish the men Who are settled in complacency, Who say in their heart, ‘The LORD will not do good, Nor will He do evil.’

Those that think the Lord does not do evil do not know Him.  They are still bound in Babylon and their day has not yet come.  But it will come is only a matter of time and God’s declaration of the end from the beginning.

Zep 1:14  The great day of the LORD is near; It is near and hastens quickly. The noise of the day of the LORD is bitter; There the mighty men shall cry out.

When you begin to see these things,  you will know that the great day of the Lord is near for you.  It will not be a good day as far as the worldly things go  but its end is glorious.  Count it all joy my brethren.

Zep 1:15  That day is a day of wrath, A day of trouble and distress, A day of devastation and desolation, A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness,

Zep 1:16  A day of trumpet and alarm Against the fortified cities And against the high towers.

A day of trumpets is a day of judgment.  The high towers and fortified idols we have in our hearts will be demolished and burned so nothing is left.  That is God’s purpose in bringing judgment upon us.  When our spirits are broken then the Lord will lift us up.  Blessed is he who is poor in spirit.

Zep 1:17  “I will bring distress upon men, And they shall walk like blind men, Because they have sinned against the LORD; Their blood shall be poured out like dust, And their flesh like refuse.”

Zep 1:18  Neither their silver nor their gold Shall be able to deliver them In the day of the LORD’s wrath; But the whole land shall be devoured By the fire of His jealousy, For He will make speedy riddance Of all those who dwell in the land.

Try as you might, and you like me will in the strength of your flesh, will not be able to deliver yourself in the day of the Lord’s wrath.  There is no hiding from an Almighty God.  Once this judgment begins at HIS HOUSE,  it will be completed and the whole land will be devoured with fire, which is God’s word.  He will rid the land of all who dwell there in the flesh.

I do hope you know the Lord.  We all will one day.  Far greater blessing to know him now.  I pray this verse means more to you now, then it did before you read this long post.

Rom 11:33  O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

More Desirable than Gold

Mal 3:2-3  “But who can endure the day of His coming?

And who can stand when He appears?
For He is like a refiner’s fire
And like launderers’ soap.
3 He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver;
He will purify the sons of Levi,
And purge them as gold and silver

Nobody will be able to endure the day of the Lord’s coming and His appearance to each of us in our appointed time.  This day, is the day of salvation, appointed for each of us before the world even was formed.  But this day, will not come easy; it will come with much suffering and affliction.  It will be extremely hot in this furnace for those called and chosen as disciples of Jesus Christ.  This is the righteous judgment of God and this is how the sons of God are made pure and the carnal mind is destroyed.  This is the way God fulfills the statement He made to Adam,  You Shall Surely Die.

For those given ears to hear and eyes to see, the judgments of God are such a wonderful thing.  Those predestinated to be of the house of God will come to know this truth and be dragged out of the deception of the world and especially the false doctrines of orthodox Christianity.

1 Peter 4:17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God

Contrary to what is taught and believed in Babylon, these judgments are right now, in this body of flesh for those the Lord has chosen.  The few chosen, “the Elect”, are this house of God on this earth and in each successive generation.  The life of these disciples will be through much tribulation as that is the way of all that are so blessed by their election from the Father.  These words of Peter are written to and for the edification of those chosen by God to endure judgment right now.  Jesus is not saving nor is He judging all the world now,  only the Elect.

1 Peter 4:12 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you

The whole earth will learn righteousness eventually, and it is through God’s judgments that we are taught.  God is truly the ONE teacher that will show us these things by giving us eyes to see and ears to hear.  He will speak thru the body of Christ.

The WORD Judges Us

John 6:63 The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life

It is the spiritual words of our Lord that judge us.  Jesus did not come to judge us, He came to save the world and He will save all the world in the end, but it is thru His judgments that all will come to be saved. This heavenly wisdom is hidden in a riddle in these very words of Jesus.

John 12:47-48 And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.

Jesus does not judge those who do not believe, those not given ears to hear and eyes to see.  But His words will ultimately judge us all, it is only a matter of God’s appointed times for each of us.  When we are given our ears to hear, then our judgment will begin.  For most that will be in the resurrection of the dead, but for the chosen few, they hear now and their judgment has already begun.

We have several Scriptures I know of that foretell this great mystery of the WORD coming to bring judgment.  Here are two that most may be familiar with and I hope your understanding is expanded to know of these awesome judgments of God that destroy flesh.

Ezekiel 2:9-10  Now when I looked, there was a hand stretched out to me; and behold, a scroll of a book was in it. 10 Then He spread it before me; and there was writing on the inside and on the outside, and written on it were lamentations and mourning and woe

Revelation 10:10  Then I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter.

Those so blessed to be chosen and given ears, will come and they will take these words to heart.  And they will then be judged and it will be bitter and with it will come lamentations, mourning and woe.  We will learn righteousness from these judgments.

The WORD of God is indeed a fire and it will burn and consume the wood, which is our carnal minds and fleshly pursuits.

Jer 5:14  Behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.

Luke 12:49 I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!

The chosen Body of Christ is this fire that goes throughout all the world speaking His Words and this true glorious gospel.  That fire is now kindled in me and with many others the Lord has brought me into fellowship with.

Oh what a blessing to have God reveal the mysteries of the kingdom to babes that He has chosen.  I want to share an understanding that the Lord has solidified in the three months since the complete removal of the veil that had kept me from seeing the glory of this good news gospel.  Let’s look at what the Scriptures actually teach about the judgment and the wrath of God.  The professing church has this all wrong and is bound in unbelief of this good news of the salvation of all men.  Maybe, someone will read this that has been given ears to hear by the Lord.  If so, they will hear.

Matthew 11:15  He who has ears, let him hear

I used to speak about these topics of wrath and judgment constantly in my former blog postings and videos.  My carnal mind was bound in deception and unbelief and I had a false image of God and truly taught another gospel.  But I was in good company as the entire Orthodox Church and all the multitudes of the many called also have a false gospel and another Jesus.  Carnal minds cannot help but always think of judgment as negative and views this as punishment from an angry wrathful God.  This goes so far to even support the idea that God will punish the majority of His creation infinitely, forever without end in a place called eternal hell.  But nothing could be farther from the truth.

The Purpose of Judgment

ISA 26:9  For when Thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness

The way we learn righteousness is by experiencing God’s judgments.  When these prophetic words are fulfilled in the ages to come,  then all men shall be saved as all men will have learned righteousness.  We don’t learn righteousness by reading a book, going to a church building; we only learn it by going thru what is known as a furnace of affliction.  Jesus also told us one key reason why He came into this world.

John 9:39  And Jesus said, “For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind.

As the Lord stated, it is through this judgment that He will open spiritual eyes of those who are blind and will shut spiritual eyes of those who claim they see.  Many profess Christ but only a very few are chosen to undergo this required judgment here and now on this side of the grave.

Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen

The Way of the Cross

All that are saved will follow in the footsteps of Christ.  This is not just some cliché; this is a real walk full of suffering and affliction.  The cost of being a disciple is very steep; it just might cost you everything if the Lord wills it.  But as Christ is in the world, so shall we.

1 John 4:17 as He is, so are we in this world

COL 1:24  I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ

Like Christ, we will lose our life to save our life.  Like Christ we will suffer.  It pleased the Father to crush His son.  We too will fill up on the afflictions of Christ in judgment.  This is work of God, the mystery of Christ being formed in us and the new spiritual man coming forth out of the darkness.  God will humble the pride of man and it is thru these judgments that He does it.  Blessed is the poor in spirit for they shall see God.

The idea that God’s Elect or those He saves will be spared His wrath is an absolute falsehood. Like the doctrines of eternal hell and man’s supposed free will,   this false Jesus and another gospel has deceived all of the organized and even the unorganized churches.  All this talk about a secret rapture to whisk away God’s people to avoid wrath is such nonsense it will truly be laughable when you see it.  God builds His church His way and His way is not man’s way and will confound the wisdom of foolish men.

Rom 1:18 for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness

All men sin.  All men have ungodliness and unrighteousness in them.  That is the way all men come into this world.  God brings wrath upon the ones He has chosen, the sons of disobedience.  Before we come to know the truth we will hold this truth and claim to know God but we do it in the flesh, in our unrighteousness.   Our righteousness is filthy rags and this will never change.

Here is a powerful verse for those with ears that show the wonder of this fire and the sword, which is the WORD of GOD destroying the flesh of men.  This is not eternal hell or physical wrath; these are spiritual things that come upon those so blessed to be chosen for salvation in this age.

Isa 66:15-16  For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. 16 For by fire and by his sword will the Lord plead with all flesh: and the slain of the Lord shall be many.

Carnal man will always take these kinds of verses, just like I did, and use them to promote a false image of God, who truly is merciful and the epitome of LOVE.  These fires which is His Word is sent for a purpose, which is to judge us.  This is what purifies the sons of God.  When we come to see this and know God is controlling everything, our every step and even our thoughts, then we will shake with fear and this WORD will work its purposes.

ISA 33:14  The sinners in Jerusalem shake with fear.

Terror seizes the godless.
“Who can live with this devouring fire?” they cry.
“Who can survive this all-consuming fire?”

God’s judgment is to come and prepare the way by clearing the land that is our hearts.  It will be made desolate and our laughter will be turned to mourning and our joy to gloom as James said.  Jeremiah said it a little differently.

Jeremiah 7:34  I will bring an end to the sounds of joy and gladness and to the voices of bride and bridegroom in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem, for the land will become desolate.

Carnal men continue to think in terms of an eternal hell and a physical fleshly wrath, but what God is doing is chopping down the tree that is the pride of man.  He is destroying the child of the our father the devil all men are born into.  This is God’s way and God’s process of remaking all things new.  The way is through great tribulation.

Isaiah 24:11  There is an outcry in the streets concerning the wine; All joy turns to gloom. The gaiety of the earth is banished

This righteous judgment of God is not forever.  The purposes of judgment are all remedial and to purify us as the sons of Levi as the opening verse to this post from Malachi says.   It is only for a little while and it works its wonder in the chosen ones and this is the song that they will sing when the new heart is given.  God will bring comfort upon His people.

Isaiah 49:13  Sing, O heavens! Be joyful, O earth! And break out in singing, O mountains! For the Lord has comforted His people, And will have mercy on His afflicted

The righteous judgments of God are a wonderful mystery, hidden from the eyes of the world.  Such judgments are the very acts of God,  the very tribulations all so blessed and chosen by God that we will all endure in our appointed time.  With this understanding of the purposes of God’s judgment and looking at those spiritual words of wrath, fire, whirlwind, etc,  we can come to appreciate what King David wrote in this Psalm.

Psalm 19:9-11 The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.
10 More to be desired are they than gold,
Yea, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11 Moreover by them Your servant is warned,
And in keeping them there is great reward

The stories of old, written for our own admonition today foretell of the destruction that must take place in each of us in our appointed time.   The wicked man that child of the devil we all are born as, will be slain of the Lord.  His WORD will not return to Him void, it will accomplish its purposes in all men.   Oh thank God for this destruction because it must take place for new life to take root.

LAM 2:8  The Lord has purposed to destroy
The wall of the daughter of Zion.
He has stretched out a line;
He has not withdrawn His hand from destroying;
Therefore He has caused the rampart and wall to lament;
They languished together.

With eyes to see and ears to hear,  given to us and revealed to us only in God’s mercy, we can see these truths and come to surrender our lives to God.  It is the ungodly; the ones NOT CHOSEN that SHALL NOT see  judgment.  But you must also know that no body is righteous, none not even one.  The Lord is the righteousness of all that are righteous and no longer ungodly.  Salvation really is all of the Lord.  Tis by grace we are all saved!

Psalm 1:5-6  Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. 6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Wow, what a wonderful Psalm for those with ears to hear.  Most will look at this verse 5 and think it is a typo, but it is not.  It is good thing that the child of the devil, the old fleshly man perishes.  Carnal man has twisted these words with its doctrines of free will and an eternal hell and in doing so has created contradictions and planted seeds of self righteousness.  Such self righteousness is a stench in the nostrils of God.  It is the ungodly, the wicked man that will not stand in the judgment.  This is the exact opposite of what Babylon teaches and the multitudes believe.

True sons of God is where the judgment of God begins.  Contrary to the flesh doctrines that include eternal hell, God is not judging the whole world right now, nor is He saving them.

1 Peter 4:17  For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Hebrews 12:6  For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives

Few there be shall find the way this side of the grave.  Only the chosen few, the very Elect.  True sons of God will be scourged and endure severe trials and tribulations.  It is the false sons, those who claim the name of Christ but are not, that will not receive this judgment now.  They are not sons, but illegitimate, just as the word says.

Hebrews 12:7-8  If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.

It is through this chastening that we are instructed and learn good and evil and come to know true righteousness that is Christ.  These terms judgment,  chastening, scourging, wrath, all if you have eyes to see and ears to hear, speak to the one process that God uses to bring salvation to men.  It comes to each of us in our appointed times, this is the mystery only the Elect are given eyes to see.

Now I can look back at where God had led me and the evil and wicked things I have done, and I can see God’s hands over all of it.  He even allowed me to become a very judgmental and condemning Pharisee for several years who held hatred in my heart for others.

Romans 11:33 How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

God is determined,  He has already spoken that man shall surely die.  The child of  the devil will be destroyed.  Our carnal minds will be chopped down and we all will be humbled in our appointed time.  God is working all these things in our lives to accomplish this destruction

Isaiah 28:21-22 For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim,
He will be angry as in the Valley of Gibeon
That He may do His work, His awesome work,
And bring to pass His act, His unusual act.
22 Now therefore, do not be mockers,
Lest your bonds be made strong;
For I have heard from the Lord God of hosts,
A destruction determined even upon the whole earth.

This destruction determined upon the whole earth is a promise of the salvation of all men if you have ears to hear.  God uses evil for good.  He brings about destruction and by doing so saves many.  Joseph spoke this spiritual truth to his brothers who thought the evil they had done to Joseph was all their doing;  yet it was all of God’s doing.

Genesis 50:20  But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Man Cannot Avoid Judgment

The professing church by and large teaches that Christians avoid God’s judgments by choosing God in their own free will.  I hope anyone believing that having read this far is beginning to see that this is a lie and another false doctrine of Babylon.  All men shall be judged in their appointed times.  For most this will be in the ages to come at the resurrection of the dead.  For the chosen few, the house of God, it is now that endure these judgments and this discipline of the Lord.

Proverbs 3:12 because the LORD disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in.

Proverbs 3:11 My son, do not despise the LORD’s discipline and do not resent his rebuke

Jesus never prayed for the disciples to be taken out of this world in a rapture.  He prayed that their faith would not fail them and they would endure God’s judgments and once they come thru the furnace, then they in turn could strengthen their brothers and sisters in Christ.

Luke 22:32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not: and when you are converted, strengthen your brothers.

I share in David’s prayer that believe you me I have prayed many times when I have sinned.  God is faithful and answering my prayer and is now using me, like He used David to teach trangressors His ways and not the false gospels of Babylon churches.

Psalm 51:10-13  Create in me a clean heart, O God; And renew a right spirit within me.  11Cast me not away from thy presence; And take not thy holy Spirit from me.  12Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; And uphold me with a willing spirit.  13Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; And sinners shall be converted unto thee.

This is what servants of the Lord do.  They go out and speak the word of truth and God will drag (compel) those He has chosen into His house so it will be filled.

Luke 14:23  Then the master said to the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

I just saw this gem the other day in the parable of the wedding feast.  Knowing the good purpose of judgments and fire,  we can now see that this anger of the Lord against the wicked (all of us) is what destroys our carnal minds and burns up and makes the land of our hearts desolate.

MAT 22:7-10  – But when the king heard about it, he was furious. And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 9 Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’ 10 So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests.

All the Father has given to Christ shall come and He will lose none.  The wedding hall will be filled as a result of God’s righteous judgments.  That is a wonderful promise.

I end this with the words of the Lord spoken thru the prophet Jeremiah.  His people do NOT know the judgment of the Lord.  They do not understand  and reject the truth and continue to deal falsely clinging to their false peace they get from trusting in the works of their own hands.

Jeremiah 8:6 Even the stork in the heavens
Knows her appointed times;
And the turtledove, the swift, and the swallow
Observe the time of their coming.
But My people do not know the judgment of the Lord.

Until our time arrives, we will be bound in unbelief and snared in the false doctrines and gospels of Babylon.  We will not understand the judgment of the Lord until our eyes are healed and ears opened.  I pray some of you reading this will begin to see and to hear these wonderful truths of our good God whose love for us will never fail.

But God has already spoken and we know that most will not be able to see the truth.  They will be taken captive and will reject the true WORD.

8 “How can you say, ‘We are wise,
And the law of the Lord is with us’?
Look, the false pen of the scribe certainly works falsehood.
9 The wise men are ashamed,
They are dismayed and taken.

Because from the least even to the greatest
Everyone is given to covetousness;
From the prophet even to the priest
Everyone deals falsely.
11 For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of My people slightly,
Saying, ‘Peace, peace!’
When there is no peace.

Those that teach salvation is this blissful walk are blind men that walk after the flesh.  They say “peace peace”but there is no true peace.  They do not yet know of the judgments of the Lord.  But there is good news for those who can hear it.

1 Thess 5:3  For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.

This destruction is a very good thing and those upon whom it comes are the sons of Levi,  they are the chosen children of God.   The whole Christian world is bound by a veil that has them believing all these verses speak of some kind of eternal retribution and punishment from a God of wrath.  Oh I wish they could see what I see and know the one who is mighty to save.

It is only thru much tribulation and trials that we shall enter into the kingdom of God.  The way to God is thru the furnace.  It is this affliction and scouring, the righteous judgment of God that purifies us and makes us useful for service in the kingdom of God.

ACTS 14:22  We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God

ISA 48:10  Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction

Malachi 3:3  He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver

God is a refiner and purifier of hearts of men.  This comes by judgment.  Knowing the purposes of God’s judgments and the promise of salvation for all, we can endure the persecution by others, especially those of the false circumcision that say they are spiritual Jews but are not.  We will forgive them knowing they know not what they are doing and that their destruction is yet future in the ages to come when the Lord returns.

2 Thess 1:9  These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed

There is much to be learned and taught about how God brings these judgments upon His chosen ones and eventually to all men as His process of salvation.  Ezekiel 16 is a wonderful chapter that speaks of these things and the destruction of our “carnal” houses, the temple where God dwells in our hearts.  God will use our lovers, the idols of our hearts against us to bring this judgment.  Once we endure this burning and He makes us (that’s right GOD MAKES US), cease playing the harlot and committing spiritual adultery,  then and only then the anger of our Father subside and peace will fill our hearts.

Ezekiel 16:40-42  “They shall also bring up an assembly against you, and they shall stone you with stones and thrust you through with their swords. 41 They shall burn your houses with fire, and execute judgments on you in the sight of many women; and I will make you cease playing the harlot, and you shall no longer hire lovers. 42 So I will lay to rest My fury toward you, and My jealousy shall depart from you. I will be quiet, and be angry no more.

The judgments of God are sweet and more desirable than gold.   I look forward to the day when all men will come to know of His goodness and enduring mercy and the works of His hands that are all over everything we experience in our lives.  God is good.

May the peace of God rest upon the saints and encourage us all in these evil days.
