Almighty God Gets What He Desires

“Almighty God Gets What He Desires”

The catalyst for this post was an email I received from a known heretic attempting to persuade me once again to the error of my ways.  Using no Scripture and repeating the oft-repeated lies everyone learns in orthodoxy, I was told it is up to man to choose to repent and only then will the Lord save us.  This heretic, like the heretic we all are at first before we are dragged into truth, just cannot see what we are so blessed to see in our Bibles. Here is one such giant verse.

Psa 135:6  Whatever the LORD pleases He does, In heaven and in earth, In the seas and in all deep places.

The heretic did not get an answer having long ago received his two admonitions (Tit 3:10, 2Jo 1:10).  This unsolicited event brought to my remembrance how profound the basic truths we in the Body live by as we search for the deeper things that our Bibles reveal.  I share now with the brethren to stir their memory.

2Pe 3:1  This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:

Getting past the lie of free will is essential to come to see the marvelous truth of the promise of the salvation of all men.  Those that cling to the false doctrine of man having a free will, have a very small God.  Such a God would, therefore, be dependent upon his own creation and their actions to accomplish the Lord’s will in their life.  But is that what the Scriptures teach?  Most certainly not as this post will touch on the basics.

1Co 8:6  But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

When the myth of free will is destroyed, then the Lord’s purpose in using evil to bring about good becomes clear and many false dominos are instantly consumed in the fire that is the truth (Gen 50:20, Rom 8:28, Ecc 1:13 CLV). The will of God, the sanctification of all men (1Th 4:3) is being accomplished on schedule.

1Co 15:22  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

1Co 15:23  But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.

That glorious event that occurs in the lake of fire has already been declared from the very beginning.  The Lord is a powerful God, unlike the ones our carnal minds cannot help but invent.

Isa 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
Isa 46:10  Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:

The Lord is in charge of all things and His pleasure is getting done all the time.  Almighty God, our Lord, and Savior does not need anyone’s help to accomplish His will in the earth and in the hearts of men.  He is working all things and is sovereign over all His works.  Lords and Kings rule over their kingdom and so does our Lord.

Psa 115:3  But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.

Php 2:13  For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

1Ti 6:15  Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate (Ruler/Authority), the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

Yet carnal minds don’t and can’t believe this unless and until the Lord opens spiritual eyes and gives faith.

Rom 11:7  What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded

Rom 11:8  (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.

Joh 12:39  Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

Joh 12:40  He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.

Only a few are given the ears to hear and eyes to see the truth of God’s plan for mankind.  These truths and the plan of salvation of all are foolishness to the natural man not given the precious gifts of faith and spiritual understanding.

1Co 2:7  But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

1Co 2:14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

A common push back those speaking the truth face is responding to those claiming it is up to man to repent and choose himself to believe the gospel.  While some Scriptures taken by themselves seem to say this (e.g. Jos 24:15), the real truth is found only in the SUM OF THE WORD (Psa 119:160) and applying Peter’s warning here about making doctrines off one verse.

2Pe 1:20 (CLV) knowing this first, that no prophecy of scripture at all is becoming its own explanation

Choosing today whom we shall serve does not change the truth that all of our choices, be they good or evil, are all choices the Lord of Lord’s is causing us to make.  That is the truth and what the Sum of the word declares.  We have matter of fact verses telling us we have nothing to do with choosing to follow the Lord.

Joh 15:16  Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you

Rom 10:20  But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me

The Bible is chock full of verses that tell us to choose the right way and to obey the Lord. Yet we are also told, our choosing righteousness is not in ourselves.  It is 100% the Lord’s work in each of us and in the times He has ordained.

Jeremiah 10:23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

Rom 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

Men do not choose to have faith.  True faith is indeed a gift of the Lord (Eph 2:8) and that all of our works are really His works.

Eph 2:10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

The multitudes that know another Jesus (2Co 11:4) cannot see that faith is never OUR faith, it is always about the faith OF Jesus Christ.  Big difference.

Rom 3:22  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith OF Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Php 3:9  And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith OF Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

The faith we are given is a measure of faith.  Not all get the same and this too is the Lord’s work that we learn in respecting where the Lord has every man in His hands.

Rom 12:3  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

The pillar of truth that was used to open my eyes was coming to see the sovereignty of the Lord in all things.  We truly can nothing apart from the Lord.  It is everywhere in our bibles, but we just can’t see it before our time to see it arrives.

Php 2:13  For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Pro 16:9  A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

Even the bad things we do are His work in us (Isa 45:7).  Here is an article/post which covers the bad things we do and who is causing them.

Who is Responsible for Evil?

Blessed are the eyes of the few given to know these mysteries and the symbols and parables by which the Scriptures are written to keep the multitudes blinded. The heavens, earth and deep places primarily speak to what the Lord is doing IN YOU as all these words are signified and are Spirit (Joh 6:63).  Yet many multiple of witnesses speak to the immutable truth of the limitless power of God’s authority over the affairs of men.

Psa 135:6  Whatever the LORD pleases He does, In heaven and in earth, In the seas and in all deep places.

Job 23:13  But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.

Eph 1:11  In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Dan 4:35  And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

The Lord needs nothing from His pieces of clay He is molding.  He has already declared it and we and every man are just living it out now.

Isa 64:8  But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Joh 15:5  I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Act 17:25  Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

Act 17:26  And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Psa 139:16  Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

It is the Lord’s desire to bring every man to repentance and save every man.  That He will do by the means He has devised from the very beginning.

2Pe 3:9  The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

2Sa 14:14  For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him (i.e. Saved).

The way of salvation by us living by an experience of evil and then being judged by the Word we are so blessed to hear and that which is alive with us.  Thus, the true grace of God is being made manifest to those the Lord has chosen to be His House in this age.

Heb 12:6  For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

1Pe 4:17  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

Rev 15:8  And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

The Old Testament spoke clearly of this as well.  The way God’s people are redeemed is thru many tribulations (Act 14:22) which is the judgment of God.

Exo 6:5  And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.

Exo 6:6  Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

Judgment is the fire that will burn up the unclean, consume the wood (carnal mind) and sanctify us in Christ.   The judgment of the old man is the blessing for the new man and the means of salvation.  It is also known as the strange act (Isa 28:21-22) that will consume all of God’s adversaries in the earth.

1Co 3:15  If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Turning our hearts back to the Lord (repentance) is the Lord’s work in us just as the turning of our hearts away from Him is in the first place.  As clay in His hands, the Lord turns us into destruction on purpose in order to then turn us back (grant repentance); but only in the appointed times.

Psa 90:3  Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return (REPENT), ye children of men.

Isa 63:17  O LORD, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants’ sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.

New Testament witnesses agree, and it is through these multiple witnesses that every truth is established.

Rom 9:21  Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

2Ti 2:20  But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

Even repentance is in the “box of all things” the Lord is working in the hearts of all men.

Act 5:31  Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins

Rom 2:4  Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?

Act 11:18  When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, “Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”

Only those blinded by God could speak confidently and repeatedly in arguing that our choosing the Lord and repenting are all the choice of man’s supposed free will.  Not that more proof is needed but we have lots more once we see this with God-given eyes.

Joh 6:44  No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me drag [draw] him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Joh 6:65  And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

The promise of the New Covenant expressed through the prophets shows the hand of God involved in every aspect of salvation.  There is no “we must do anything” in this promise, it is all “I WILL SAYS THE LORD

Eze 36:23  And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the LORD,” says the Lord GOD, “when I am hallowed in you before their eyes.

Eze 36:24  For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.

Eze 36:25  Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols.

Eze 36:26  I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

Eze 36:27  I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.

Eze 36:28  Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God.

Eze 36:29  I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you.

It is 100% the Lord.  The circumcision of our hearts is done by His hands and not the delusion of man’s free will doing it.

Col 2:11  In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ

Those that think it is up to them are not the true circumcision as such ones still have confidence in flesh and by extension the delusion of free will.

Php 3:3  For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

Those whom the Lord has blinded in this age will stay blind until the Lord has ordained them to see and to hear the things of the Spirit.  One of the hardest things we first learn is this principle and that we cannot give to anyone what the Lord has given to us.

Mat 13:16  But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

Mat 13:17  For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

The Lord is working to bring about His good and perfect will in the lives of every man that has ever lived.  He will do it and bring it all to pass exactly on schedule beginning with the chosen few, the Elect (Mat 22:14) who are given to believe now.

Isa 45:12  I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

Isa 45:13  I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.

1Ti 4:10  For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe (now).

1Ti 4:11  These things command and teach.

These are essential truths upon which the house of God is built and the process of salvation works within our heavens and our earth.  Good to remember and be able to give answers to those precious few the Lord will put in our path.

1Pe 3:15  But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

All Things Are For Your Sakes

All Things For Your Sakes

2Co 4:15 For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

It is a real blessing when we come to realize that all things we have and do and experience in life; with no exceptions, are the work of the Lord.  We really begin to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord when we are given to understand and to trust in that immutable fact.  This is the hidden wisdom the world cannot see or hear.

1Co 2:6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:
1Co 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

What a mind boggling concept this is to the natural man.  Everything that happens in your life, everyone you meet, every word spoken, every response given, whether good or bad or indifferent is for YOUR SAKE.  Only fools would believe such a doctrine and that is exactly what we must be to become wise in the ways of the Lord.

1Co 3:18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.

1Co 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

This truth is shown in scores of powerful verses those without ears to hear and eyes to see cannot see much less apply in their walk.  We that have such capacity are indeed a blessed little flock.  Here is the extent of the working of the Lord in the affairs of every man.

Dan 4:35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

Coming to see the sovereignty of God in ALL THINGS is essential for us to grow and mature in the faith.  This understanding to me is what maturing is really all about.  Until we get the knowledge of this doctrine into our walk (our actions) we will struggle in bringing forth the fruit of the Spirit.

Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Gal 5:23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Gal 5:24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Love is mentioned first in the list of the FRUIT of the Spirit in Galatians 5 and for very good reason.  Lest we confuse what love truly is we are told point blank what the love of God is that represents this fruit of the Spirit.

2Jn 1:5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

We most often seem to cite 1 Joh 5:3 but here is a second black and white witness to what the definition of AGAPE or love is.

2Jn 1:6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

As we hopefully are learning as we abide now with Christ; living with true doctrine is not enough.  We must become doers of the Word to walk in the Spirit (Jam 1:22-23).  It is when we show respect of persons and judge things in the flesh that we are not living by the truth that all things are for our sakes.  When we are not content with what the Lord is doing, we are walking in the flesh and acting double minded.  When we whine, complain, criticize, stay angry, look down upon others and have any other reaction than THANK YOU LORD, we are judging in the flesh.

We must come to know and trust in the Lord and His promises that He is working all things for the greater good.  That is how the scourging grace of the Lord, the very thing that saves us by transforming us rebounds with thanksgiving to the glory of the Lord.

Eph 5:20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

How often have we failed at doing this?  Many times we will fall down before we learn.  It is beyond this study to cover “judging righteous judgment” but we had best learn to make judgments but to make them according to the Word of God and not the logic of this world or the carnal mind.

Joh 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

1Co 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

There are many witnesses of the old and new to judging the right way vs the wrong way.  I used to think of respecting persons as simply respecting their worldly economic standing but it has a much wider meaning.  Respect for persons is judging them in the flesh and not attributing what they do to the Lord and His absolute sovereignty.  Doing so is the opposite of faith.  When we put the cause and the blame on any individual, even ourselves, we are having respect of persons and judging in the flesh.  We are commanded to do no such thing.

Deu 1:17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God’s: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

Pro 24:23 These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.

Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.

Jas 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

1Pe 1:17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

The Elect of God are in training now for our roles in the ages to come (1 Cor 6:2, Mat 19:28).  Those roles are to rule with Christ in the Millennium and to be the judges through which all men shall be saved in the end.  We best learn how to judge righteous judgment and get past having respect of persons now. When we judge people in the flesh we are forgetting that ALL THINGS are for our sakes and were caused of the Lord.

Once we come to understand what the grace of God is and realize it is that grace that chastens us then we begin to mature.  We mature when we accept the things the Lord is causing (working in our lives) without bitterness and receive it all with joy trusting in what the Lord is doing in our remaking process.  It is so easy to be led astray by the deceitfulness of sin and the pulls of this carnal world.  Peter warned the church and warns us to beware lest we ourselves fall.

2Pe 3:17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

2Pe 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

The fail safe way of not falling is to learn to apply this principle in our walk and in all of our judgments of people, actions, events and situations.

1Co 4:6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think [of men] above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

When we think above what is written we will get puffed up and will soon find ourselves doing what the adversary does which is being an accuser of the brethren.

As we grow, we learn to apply all things being for our sakes.  We may not outwardly receive the chastening with joy but our inward man will receive it and we will grow in our ability to endure the trials the Lord has put before us in this age.

Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

Mal 3:3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.

The new man “Christ in us” will be called out of the darkness that is the old man.  Look at this verse again and notice why all things are for our sakes as God’s Elect and where are eyes are to be focused.

2Co 4:15  For all things are for your sakesthat the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

2Co 4:16  For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

2Co 4:17  For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

2Co 4:18  While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The grace of God that is poured out upon His Elect comes back to God with thanksgiving and praises to the Lord.  This is what occurs as we become mature men and the will of the Lord is being accomplished in our life more and more.  This is the will of God for all men….

1Th 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:

1Th 4:4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;

1Th 4:5 Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:

When these things happen, the Lord will get all the glory and we will learn to rejoice in our trials knowing they are what is working the fruit of righteousness in us and accomplishing the Lord’s will in our lives.  We must learn to be patient and to wait on the Lord to bring it to pass.

Heb 12:11 Now no chastening (Grace) for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

Relatively speaking our trials are considered a light affliction considering the honor we are being prepared in service to our Lord, if we endure.

Isa 54:7 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.
Isa 54:8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.

In the same way Jesus Christ in the flesh cried out to God and His Father while on the cross, we too if we God’s Elect feel the same at times.  And this is why we must be connected to the Body and be ministered to and strengthened by the angels of the Lord through our trials.

We can’t be reminded often enough of the sovereignty of the Lord and the endless extent to which it applies.  It takes many repetitions to drill this truth into the fiber of our every thought and action.  The sermon on Mars Hill defined the limitless boundaries of the Lord in the affairs of mankind.

Act 17:25 Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

Act 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

All things that happen in our lives, ALL THINGS, are the direct work of the Lord.    Those things, be they good or evil have already been determined by God and He has already declared what shall be from the very beginning.  We know but forget to apply these powerful Scriptures in a carnal and immature way. The sooner we get them into our walk and not just head knowledge the quicker the fruit will come.

Psa 139:16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

Isa 64:8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Rom 11:36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Our natural mind only wants to give the Lord credit (and the glory) for the good things that happen.  Even knowing the truth of His sovereignty our carnal mind will want to blame ourselves and others for their actions.  While we certainly have to learn from our mistakes the fact is the Lord is working all things, even the dark things when they happen.

Psa 139:12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee

Lam 3:37 Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?

Lam 3:38 Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good?

No man can enter into Christ (the temple) until they live through the judgments of the Lord against their flesh and carnal mind.  Contrary to the doctrines of man’s religion there is no other way in.  The redemption of the Lord’s people is with judgment.

Rev 15:8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

Isa 1:27 Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.

Nobody’s unrighteousness is going to get a pass, there is no respect of persons with the Lord either.

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

So we learn the truth and are given the garment of salvation by experiencing that judgment.

Isa 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments (the fiery trials) are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Rev 19:8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Judgment is us being crucified, a living sacrifice and losing our life through the death of the old man.  Yes it hurts, it is very painful to be crucified with Christ.  Yet if we are given faith to believe we can say this about the judgment of God.

Psa 19:9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

Psa 19:10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

The new man is being saved by the destruction of the old man within us.  Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God and was never intended to (1 Cor 15:50).  The Lord is merciful in that He only gives us to understand things when we are also given to bear them (Joh 14:12, 1 Co 10:13).  It is only as we mature that the Lord will give us greater understanding of His processes and truths.  With that understanding comes a greater expectation.

Luk 12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

The grace of God will be dialed up perfectly for us to bring the trials and tribulations preordained for each of us to enter into the kingdom of God and be in that first resurrection Lord willing.  Here is just a small sampling of treasures from the old and the new that confirm this wonderful work of trials and suffering in our lives. This is also known as the wonderful works of the Lord to the children of men.

Act 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and thatwe must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Php 1:29  For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

1Pe 4:12-13  Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:  But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

Isa 48:10  Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

Jas 1:2-4  My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.  But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

The Lord is going to work all things in your life to bring about the tribulation, suffering, fiery trials and heat that furnace of affliction to the perfect temperature.  I hope all of us will grow in the knowledge of the Lord’s grace and move on to maturity.  This comes about by experiencing good and evil and learning the lesson and true righteousness of the Lord through that process.  I hope this study has reminded us all to stand on our faith and the word of God in discerning the truth of any situation and that the Lord has caused that situation for your very sake.  How we respond to these situation and circumstances is the best measure of our maturity rather than our head knowledge of Scriptures.

Rom 2:13 For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

What should our response to be to these “works of the Lord” in our lives?  We could write pages to answer that, but let me just share Paul’s words to the Philippians to summarize it.

Php 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

Php 4:5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

Php 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Php 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Php 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Deliverance From Unbelief

Taking on the mind of Christ requires us to go thru many tribulations to purge out the innate habit and patterns of being carnal in a marred vessel of clay. This is the process of how, in the appointed times of the Lord, each man ever born will be remade into the new man.

Jer 18:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Those that walk in faith, stand on the Scriptures which are the word of God, knowing that they alone are life and are the comfort for God’s Elect.

Rom 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

The Scriptures are all words of Spirit that are spiritual life to those who can hear them with (God given) ears to hear and eyes to see.  To the carnal mind, the words of Scripture are always applied outwardly and taken as a history lesson to learn from versus the living words that we must in our appointed times live out.

Luk 4:4  And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Psa 139:16 but with your own eyes you saw my body being formed. Even before I was born, you had written in your book everything I would do. (CEV)

True bread from heaven is the word of God but that bread in its entirety is every word of God.  We shall live by all of them in due time.  That includes living out those words and the righteous judgments of God against us.  It is His Word that shall judge us in “the last day” ordained for each us, the day our carnal mind will begin to be destroyed and we will be given the mind of Christ.  We all first reject Christ before we are given to receive His word and when we do then our judgment will begin.

Joh 12:48  He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

If we are so blessed and given mercy, we will have that experience right here and right now in this age.

1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: (THE ELECT) and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?  (They will be judged in the lake of fire in the ages to come)

The people of God are the only ones given to partake of communion with Christ.  This takes place by our fellowship with Christ and by sharing the one event that comes alike to all men (ECC 9:2) in due time which is living by every word.  This is the true ONE bread from heaven.

1Co 10:16  The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

1Co 10:17  For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

Battling Lies, False Doctrines and Carnal Thoughts

As we grow in the faith, we still have much to learn, much to overcome and that includes being delivered of all the lies and false doctrines we first learn in Egypt (the world) and then Babylon (the harlot churches of men).  Like Mary Magdalene, we all must be delivered of seven (the perfect number) of demons that ensnare us in bondage.  That actual number is unfathomable to us, we have no idea how deceived we are and what strong delusion means when we are the blind one spiritually.  But here is a number we are given on just how prevalent are the lies and false doctrines of the carnal mind.  This is how many horseman we battle in our spiritual warfare.

Rev 9:16  And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

But make no mistake the process of learning the truth and growing in the true faith requires us to be in the house of God (the Body of Christ) but also for us to live thru many prophecies of getting evil spirits cast out of our spiritual houses.   So I hope this post inspires some of you and helps you understand the battle in our heavens and that we war not with flesh and blood.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness (i.e. LIES) in high places (heaven).

So this is the battleground and where war in heaven takes place.  Our carnal mind is purposefully set at enmity with the things of God and must be destroyed for Christ to grow in us and our old man to decrease.  We need deliverance and that only comes from Zion (the Body) who speak the words of fire that destroy the old man Esau within all of us.  This prophecy is both today and is yet future as the word of God, IS, WAS and WILL BE.

Oba 1:21  And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD’S.

…. and remember where the kingdom of God is and where all this takes place.

Luk 17:20  And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:  (you don’t see it with your physical senses)

Luk 17:21  Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Spirits Are Doctrines

Spirits are doctrines, they are lies, untruths that make their way into our inner heaven and earth and greatly influence our walk with the Lord.  These are what must be cast out of us for true deliverance to come.

1Jn 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits (test the doctrines) whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Lies and false doctrines are the plagues of the Egypt (the world) and will keep us in spiritual darkness and separated from the light of this life which is Christ, the Lord and His Body.  If we ever needed a reminder on why obedience is so important (not to avoid eternal punishment) here are some good verses that we should never forget.

Exo 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases (false doctrines, lying spirits) upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit (LIES), and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. (false doctrines that fly in our heavens and deceive us)
Rev 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. (Babylon’s false doctrines)

And we all first are sick and need a physician but even then we will think are not in need or repentance and turning away from the world and the harlot churches of men.  At this point in our walk, Christ has not yet appeared to us as He only comes to those who know they need repentance, not the 99 who don’t need it.  Christ comes and appears only to those He has shown are in dire need of a spiritual physician.

Luk 5:31  And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

Luk 5:32  I came not to call the (self) righteous (i.e the 99), but sinners to repentance.

We all will drink of these lies (wine) and commit fornication, mixing the things of God with the things of the world.  So God’s people don’t go accusing those the Lord Himself has ensnared in Babylon to spend their appointed time waiting for their yet future judgment.

Jer 29:4 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon;

In due time, the Lord will bring us out but it has nothing to do with our free will.

Jer 29:10  For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

Jer 29:11  For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Babylonian Deliverance Ministries

I got involved in the deceptive ministry of casting out evil spirits in the outward spoken name of Jesus for several years in my past strong delusion.  I for sure thought I was doing right and serving God. I would have sworn there were actual deliverance’s, outward miracles happening before my very eyes. But that is exactly what they were because these too are words we must all live by every one in due time.

Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Rev 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Rev 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

Those that dwell on the earth certainly applies outwardly in the physical and includes all men, but it also means those that are yet carnal.  Unless and until we are seated in the heavens with Christ we are dwelling on the earth and cannot receive the things of the Spirit.

Eph 2:6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heaven in Christ Jesus (in the Body of Christ)

Rev 11:12  And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; (of witnesses, i.e. The Body) and their enemies beheld them.

But as it turned out, it had simply not been given to me yet to understand the mysteries of the kingdom of God.  Until that times comes, none of us will have a clue despite what we or others may think or say about ourselves.  The ability to hear and understand the WORD is indeed a gift that comes with our measure of faith.

Mat 13:9  Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Mat 13:10  And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?

Mat 13:11  He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

Mat 13:12  For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

Mat 13:13  Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

Mat 13:14  And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

And as has been said many times, the Lord is not now calling the entire world and revealing Himself to them. He is revealing Himself only to the chosen few, which is fewer than we can possibly imagine at first.

Mat 22:14  For many are called, but few are chosen.

In the Name of Jesus

When I was involved in this outward carnal deception,  it was very important to follow a bunch of rules and memorize certain techniques to be succesful and cast the demons out.  One very important method was to always start by saying “in the name of Jesus”….  In the name of Jesus which is how we are to pray does not mean simply speaking outwardly in the physical.   When we are in Babylon, we believe that merely saying “in the name of Jesus” is the requirement and magical words like abracadabra that has our “other jesus in a genie bottle” to answer our prayers or requests.  Like all Scripture, all the words are Spirit and they are spiritual life.  Doing things like praying and casting out demons are to be done in the name of Jesus, but that means with the true doctrines and us living thru the righteous judgment of God against our carnal mind.  This is the fire that sanctifies us which is the will of God.  This is how the house of the Lord is cleansed in the appointed times.  And this is a wonderful promise when are given to know the truth and given the faith and the grace to obey the Lord.

Joh 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

of course the very next verse adds an important aspect of doing things “in my name”.

Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Doing things in the name of Jesus is being a doer of the word!  Lest we missed it, this message has many witnesses and here is another one that thru the sum of thy word tell us what praying and fasting is speaking about.

1Jn 3:22  And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

Doing this, obeying Him, is asking in His name and becoming a doer of the word.  It is living and abiding in the truth and working out our salvation with fear and trembling, know the Lord really is the Lord of heaven and the earth.

To be a doer of the word we must be given the faith and ability to take captive the lies, carnal thoughts and false beliefs that oppose themselves against the truth.  This really is UNBELIEF that must be overcome.  We must be given faith to believe the Scriptures, ALL OF THEM, and taught to apply the SUM OF GODs word as the truth, not some of it.

2Co 10:3  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

2Co 10:4  (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

2Co 10:5  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

At first and for a very long time, we will mix the word of God up with the philosophies and traditions of the world, and consider ourselves spiritual and calling such beliefs godly wisdom.  But there can be no mixture as just a little leaven, leavens the whole loaf of bread and perverts the truth into lies.   But this is really a sign of our immaturity and a lack of faith that we must be given to grow beyond.  Until we are given to do this by the Lord, we will not progress and will be a victim as Paul writes here.

Col 2:8  Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. (His word, the pure doctrines, His Body)

There is absolutely NO LIE in the truth.  So even a little worldly logic mixed with the ways of the Lord is a lie and that takes time for us to grow and to really appreciate that if we are one of God’s Elect.

1Jn 2:21  I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Learning not to even think above what is written, is what is required of us to dispel the bad habits of applying worldly logic to our life and situations.

1Co 4:6  And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

It takes faith to walk by the Scriptures and not to lean on our carnal reasonings.  This can only be given to us by the Lord and then it is thru the subsequent trials that our faith is tried and grows and little by little the false beliefs and trusting in the world’s ways is purged from the kingdom of God within our heavens and earth.

Idols of Our Hearts

The way the Lord keeps us in bondage and blind to the truth is thru the lying signs and wonders mentioned above.  This is accomplished in us thru the use of idols of our heart that we all have and are used (given) us by God to accomplish His work in us as the Master Potter.  When I was involved in the lies of speaking to demon spirits and casting them out of people in the name of Jesus said outwardly, I was simply turned over to the idols of my own heart.  The Lord does this to all of us and for some it might be deliverance ministries, for others, tongue speaking, still others are turned into holy rollers and fault finders that go around accusing everyone of sin.  All of this is the Lord’s work in us and it is simply fulfilling these verses and keeping us in outer darkness awaiting our time of judgment.

Eze 14:1  Then came certain of the elders of Israel unto me, and sat before me.

Eze 14:2  And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Eze 14:3  Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before their face: should I be enquired of at all by them?

Eze 14:4  Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;

Eze 14:5  That I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols.

Notice it is “all” who are estranged.  There is indeed none that does good, no one not even one…. despite what those that want to argue flesh and blood was made perfect from the start and believe the lie of the fall of mankind and will continue to argue that man in the marred vessel of clay is not a  virtual sinning machine in their self-righteous delusion.

Rom 7:24  O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? (SIN)

1Co 15:42  So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption (not perfection); it is raised in incorruption:

1Co 15:43  It is sown in dishonour (not good) ; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

1Co 15:44  It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

No man is exempt for being estranged from God thru their idols.  And yes in the end it will be that ALL ISRAEL that shall be saved and all men (mankind) will indeed live by every word God has spoken.  This only awaits the timing ordained of the Lord who has declared the end from the very beginning.  Here is some good news in the end.  It won’t seem that way to those still bound to Babylon doctrines, but the Lord will eventually destroy that false prophet that all of us must first be.

Eze 14:9 And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the LORD have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.

You see this is the first part of our witness for Christ.  We are all first a false prophet being carnal, speaking lies and ultimately the beast within us all will rise up and destroy that witness.

Rev 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

But is does not end there.  If we are Christ, members of His Body, of the chosen few, there will be a resurrection in this age. And this is when our faith, the real kind given to us by God, will begin to be tested with fiery trials.

Rev 11:11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
Rev 11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

I like all men will suffer periods of unbelief and will revert back to relying on my carnal minds, leaning on my own understanding and this is a recipe for disaster and falling off the narrow path that God’s Elect will learn in due time to walk.

Pro 3:5  Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. (i.e our carnal mind and thoughts and the wisdom of this world we all first learn)

Pro 3:6  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Anyone believing even a little bit that man has any free will and is “a free moral agent” is leaning on their OWN UNDERSTANDING and acting in UNBELIEF, totally outside of the faith OF (not in) Jesus Christ.  Here is a link to a  a few of my articles which are chock full of Scriptures (not human reasoning) and that show those with eyes to see the truth.

who-is-responsible-for-evil

gods-sovereignty-vs-mans-free-will

A Lord that is hoping and depending upon any man to do something by making a free moral agency decision, is indeed a false God and another jesus we are warned about.

2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
2Co 11:4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

And here is the truth of the Lord of heaven and the earth.  Amazing how dismissive the carnal minds can be to clear Scripture such as this.  Our very being is in Christ, the good the bad and the ugly.  The first man of sin and the second man born from above.  He is indeed the POTTER and we the clay but few really believe or even know what that truly means.

Act 17:25 Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
Act 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; (HE IS THE POTTER)  as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

THIS WAR OF DOCTRINES/ THOUGHTS BRINGS SALVATION

When we are given eyes to see and ears to hear, then this war in our heaven begins.  This is when the angels of the Lord, His Elect, all speaking the words of fire make war in our mind.  This is how the lies are cast out of us and the dragon who is our father the devil of the carnal mind.  And as we are shown, now is come salvation when this accuser, the one who accuses everyone under the delusion of free will is cast out of our thought life.  This is how and when we enter into the true Sabbath rest that is Christ.

Rev 12:7  And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Rev 12:8  And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Rev 12:9  And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels (lying spirits/demons) were cast out with him.

Rev 12:10  And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

And this is how we move on to maturity and finish the race and overcome the dragon and the pulls of the flesh and the carnal mind.  It is an ongoing process that takes abiding in the fire that is His word which is found in the Body of Christ, in communion and fellowship with “Christ” who is the Elect.  It is this dying daily and suffering that has been appointed for God’s Elect that is how we overcome.

Rev 12:11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Let me end this post with a rendering of a well known story from Mark 9 about a demon that is cast out by Christ.  These are most definitely words of Scripture every man will live by.  I hope it ties together this post and will help your unbelief which we all need help many times in order to overcome and endure to the end, doing battle in the heavens.

Mar 9:14 And when he came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them.

Mar 9:15 And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him.

Mar 9:16 And he asked the scribes, What question ye with them?

Mar 9:17  And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;

Being dumb and deaf means we are spiritually incapable of speaking or hearing God’s truths.  Being blind and all those stories refer to our physical blindness and believing the lies of Babylon and having all of them blot out the true light and true doctrines that is Christ.  Only Christ coming to us and speaking His word will remove any of those spiritual illnesses.

When we are a babe in Christ (my son) we are still carnal and have dumb, deaf and blind spirits that need to be cast out of us and this requires the process that brings salvation and abiding in the fire of His word.

Mar 9:18  And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.

All the disciples were still not converted, and they themselves were blind, deaf and dumb to the mysteries of the kingdom of God.  They did not understand at that time which is clearly shown us in the Scriptures.

Luk 18:34  And they understood none of these things: and this saying was hid from them, neither knew they the things which were spoken.

So they could not cast out this dumb spirit from this young man (aka babe in Christ).  Spiritually speaking, neither can we until we ourselves are converted and matured in the faith.

Mar 9:19 He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.

We don’t have real faith at this point in our walk pre conversion.  We still hold to the lies like free will and we need the intervention of Christ to help us believe and grow in the true faith.

Mar 9:20 And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.

We know this spirit was one of a lunatic or what would be considered a mental illness.  But spiritually speaking this is referring to the spiritual illnesses we all have when we first come out of the harlot churches of men. These lies that we believe in our heavens, tear us spiritually, they keep us on the earth wallowing around in the ways of the world and unable to speak the truth and feed the sheep and lambs of God.

Mar 9:21 And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.

Mar 9:22 And oft times it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.

The lies and false doctrines all to some extent use the word of God deceitfully (fire and water) to destroy the new man in us and keep us from moving on and growing in the faith.  These are the lying signs and wonders that deceive us and keep our old man and beast nature solidly sitting on God’s throne in the temple of God in our heart which is where the kingdom of God is.  But when we come into the presence of the real Christ and hear the real word, the true doctrines, the demon is fixing to get cast out of the temple of God which temple we are.  If only we could believe the Scriptures and have the faith that is given to us.

Mar 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Mar 9:24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

All of us must have our unbelief helped.  It takes many tribulations and trials for us to come to trust the Scriptures and not follow the physical senses and the logic of a dark and deceived world.  We have to fall down and get back up many times to learn or should I say unlearn these lies before they will leave us never to return.

Mar 9:25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

Mar 9:26 And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.

The old man must die.  The beast within must be destroyed.  And this is accomplished in us and in the kingdom of God within, when we hear the words and true doctrines of Christ.  This is the “last” days of our carnal age and begins the process of judgment that will deliver us of all such lies.

Mar 9:27 But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.

And once healed, Christ (His Body) must pick us up and this is how we are resurrected in down payment form today from the spiritual dead and separated from the world and those not in the true faith.

Mar 9:28 And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?

The disciples later in the house of God asked the Lord why they could not cast out this demon.   The answer is very telling and requires its own study to explain in full.

Mar 9:29And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

Some evil spirits will come out easily and some will take time, a process.  That is what Jesus was telling us in this parable story.  The lie of eternal torment for example can easily come out if one is prepared with ears to hear and shown by an angel of the Lord the hundreds of Scriptures that show this.  Yet some aspect of UNBELIEF take longer to get cleansed from our heavens.  The deep rooted lies of Babylon and carnal logic is ingrained into the deepest part of our heart and minds.  It takes time for the light that is the word of God to shine into all the areas of darkness  It is a process of God remaking us all, He is the creator of the darkness and the light and in that order.

Luk 12:2  For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.

2Co 4:6  For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

That is why we must pray fervently and fast.  Praying means much more than outward prayer, it really comes down to being a doer of the word, and like our Father always be working.  Christ taught us to pray, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, ON EARTH (our body, our walk)  as it is already in HEAVEN (our minds).  It is one thing to know the truth, it is quite another to actually DO IT.

Jas 1:22  But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Mat 6:10  Thy kingdom come (within us). Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

True fasting has nothing to do with denying physical food to our bodies.  That is just another form of outward self-righteousness that the Lord uses and makes into idols of the hearts of some people.  True fasting has to do with resisting evil and abstaining from the pulls and engagement in the affairs of this world and its lusts and being sure to eat unleavened spiritual bread, abstaining from the lies of the great whore.

It is thru TRUE prayer and fasting; that  our unbelief is helped and the demons come out of us and the temple of God within is filled with the light of Christ.  This is the war that rages in heaven that begins when the new man is given birth within us which comes in the appointed times known only to God.   This is the process of how we are sanctified and how are faith will grown thereby with time and we will mature thru many trials and many stumbling’s.

Do Not Compare

We must remember not to compare ourselves or look down upon others who have more or less faith than we do.  We all are exactly where we are supposed to be, being mere clay in the Potter’s hands.  Faith is a gift from God that no man can boast.

Rom 12:3  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.    (It’s all a gift)

When we criticize others, that is UNBELIEF, we are denying the sovereignty of God in all things and we best get beyond that and learn to take those lying thoughts captive to the obedience of Christ.  There is nothing any man has received that was not given to them by God.

2Co 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.
2Co 10:13 But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

Doing such things is very unwise and is not of faith and is us being yet carnal, warring after the flesh.  Of course we all will do it, we have to do it wrong and disobey the Lord in order to learn righteousness the hard way, by going thru judgment.  I have battled this carnal habit of comparing myself and measuring myself with others and it has been a raging war within.  But thankfully thru the fiery trials the Lord has sent my way, I am getting the victory.  Christ is increasing and the old man Pete is decreasing and in that I rejoice.  If we stumble, and we will at times and for seasons, we need to get right back up.  This is the battle, this is the process of how we move on to maturity and it is worth repeating it here again.

2Co 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

Getting rid of the evil spirits is a process of deliverance that is necessary to clear our temples of the lies and false doctrines that keep us in bondage to our lusts and from growing in the faith.  The lies cannot abide when the light that is Christ and His doctrines shines upon it.  The demons always leave and this is how we progress and move on to maturity.

All Things Are Made New

There are no truer words the Lord spoke than these from Revelation 21. I hope you believe them, all of them and will wait on the Lord to bring it to pass.

Rev 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

These words below speak of the same basic promise of the gospel and the mysterious process by which the Lord brings it all about in His timing.  Carnal eyes and ears cannot receive the most basic pillar and truth of the gospel that all flesh shall see the salvation of the Lord in due time.

1Ti 4:9This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.

1Ti 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

Luk 3:6  And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

Flesh seeing salvation refers to man being born again as that is the only way anyone can see and enter the kingdom of God.  The making of a new baby or a new creation in Christ is a process that takes time which is why travailing in childbirth is a perfect metaphor for how the Lord brings new birth to all men in their appointed times.  Being born again and remade into the image of Christ is a painful drawn-out process that our flesh will never willingly embrace but thank God the Lord brings salvation to us, we have nothing to do with it.  It will come to us suddenly when we think all is well in our spiritual walk.

1Th 5:3  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

Isa 13:8  And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.

We have no idea what “all things” actually means when we read these scriptures at first, being yet carnal, and walking after the flesh. Yet that is the deep mystery of godliness and how Christ is formed in us little by little. With time we can look back and see from whence we have come.

2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

If we are not yet in the true Christ then all things won’t be new and we will be fitting in quite nicely with this world and its traditions. The outside of our cup may be cleaned up a bit but inside we are still full of death which is where sin lives in our hearts.  Our judgment is yet future but it will come and a day comes when our religion will be shown the vanity it truly is.  Here are the words of Christ that never pass away that we will hear in that day.

Mat 23:27  Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.

The promise of the New Covenant, that comes first to God’s Elect in each generation and will come to all men in the lake of fire is that they will be changed.  They will be remade into a new creation and all sin and inequity will be purged from their bodies, hearts and minds.  This is all the work of the Lord, it is salvation and it comes through the chastening of God which is HIS TRUE GRACE.

Being Conformed to His Image

Contrary to the lies of Babylon, man was not made perfect and was never intended to inherit the kingdom of God in these fleshly marred vessels of clay. We all have to be remade and that only in the appointed times. Otherwise, you can begin to cut out huge swatches of Scriptures including all of these passages that speak to us being remade and conformed to the image of the Son of God.

Rom_8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

1Co_15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

2Co_3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Col_3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

This remaking is all the Lord’s work and is done only on His preordained timing.

Isa 64:8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

 Being Called Into Babylon

When we are first called of the Lord we often make profound outward changes in our lives. Perhaps we stop drinking, overcome addictions, shut our eyes from looking at dark things like pornography, stop gambling, start going to church, praying; all manner of OUTWARD signs yet our hearts are still not changed. This is really just step 1 of God’s process when one of our beastly heads is wounded by the sword which is the word of God.

Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

But that wound is quickly healed in Babylon and we remain a beast at heart despite our outward changes and profession of faith. Being yet carnal we speak like a dragon speaking blasphemies against the true doctrines of Christ.

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast (the religious you and me) coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

But a day will come, in this life or AION if we are God’s Elect when we will know He is the Lord and by His hands we are remade and our old way of life is destroyed from the inside out.

Rom 2:28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh;

Rom 2:29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.

Our healing only comes when the lying spirits and false doctrines are cast out of us by Christ speaking the words of truth to us.

Luk 11:20 But if I cast out demons with the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.

Those days spent living in the lies and darkness of Babylon are a necessary part of coming to know the real truth in our appointed times but in the meantime, we will think we serve God deceiving and being deceived by the false doctrines and false prophets

Jer 29:4 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, to all who were carried away captive, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem to Babylon:

Jer 29:5 Build houses and dwell in them; plant gardens and eat their fruit.

Jer 29:6 Take wives and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons and give your daughters to husbands, so that they may bear sons and daughters—that you may be increased there, and not diminished.

Jer 29:7 And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the LORD for it; for in its peace you will have peace.

Jer 29:8 For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: Do not let your prophets and your diviners who are in your midst deceive you, nor listen to your dreams which you cause to be dreamed.

Jer 29:9 For they prophesy falsely to you in My name; I have not sent them, says the LORD.

Jer 29:10 For thus says the LORD: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place. .. (make all things new!)

We like Peter and all the disciples will at first think we understand the things of the Spirit.   These are not words for them, they are words of us all as we must live by every one of them in the appointed times.

Luk 18:34 But they understood none of these things; this saying was hidden from them, and they did not know the things which were spoken.

At this stage we will be boldly confident yet still carnal and spiritually clueless to the truth of God’s words, the blind leading the blind.

1Co 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.

1Co 3:2 I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able;

1Co 3:3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?

Yet Christ will renew our strength once He truly comes in the Spirit.

Luk 22:32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.”

Of course, this returning to Christ is nothing of our own will or initiative; it is all of the Lord’s doing in His perfect timing. Nobody comes to Christ unless they are dragged there.

Joh 6:44 No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me drags him; and I will raise him up at the last day.

THE LORD IS FAITHFUL TO HIS PROMISES

I have been blessed thru many painful trials and tribulations to know at my deepest core how true and faithful these words of Jesus Christ are to the lives of every single man and woman that has or ever will be born. All things will be made new in due time and you can take that promise of the Lord thru His Word to the bank as He is faithful and true.

2Ti 2:13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

Psa 89:1 A Contemplation of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations.

Psa 89:2 For I have said, “Mercy shall be built up forever; Your faithfulness You shall establish in the very heavens.”

The Lord made a covenant with all men and He is going to be faithful to bring it about in due time. But only a few will be given the faith to believe the Lord now. It matters not the rebellion of sinful flesh and the marred vessels the Lord has created.

Psa 89:31 If they break My statutes And do not keep My commandments,

Psa 89:32 Then I will punish their transgression with the rod, And their iniquity with stripes.

Psa 89:33 Nevertheless My lovingkindness I will not utterly take from him, Nor allow My faithfulness to fail.

Psa 89:34 My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips.

One can believe the Lord if they have faith or they can believe the false doctrines of Babylon and the lies of eternal torment and free will along with two hundred million other lies.

When we first begin to see the truth, we have no idea the extent, the breadth and depth and width of what “all things” being made new actually means. It takes much maturing, many trials and tons of patience to learn these spiritual truths and lessons as we endure the chastening grace that comes upon only God’s very Elect in this age

Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth (not those he hates, but loves) he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Act 14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

New Life Thru Death and War

According to Christ, new life comes not until something dies.

Joh 12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.

Joh 12:25 He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.

The Lord has had me in a season of great travail and has been be changing many of things that had represented the old Peter. That old man is sufficiently dead that I can boldly say to those that knew me, that the old Pete is no more.

Rom 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Rom 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Being baptized into his death means a lot more than stopping smoking, cussing and watching TV.  It means ALL THINGS will be made new, the old man will be completely done away with.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

We don’t die without resisting. Just like animals our fright and flight instincts kick in and we will strive to do whatever we can to keep our old man and beastly nature alive. Yet when Christ makes war, there is nothing that will stop His will from being accomplished.  LOL the carnal logic that has God Almighty dependent upon pieces of clay to bring about His will!!!!

Job 23:13 But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.

If we think Christ comes to bring peace to us initially, we have another thing coming. Christ came not to bring peace but war. When Christ comes, He comes not to bring peace or bring unity, but He comes to make war and cause division.

Mat 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword

Luk 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

This is the process of salvation coming to us beginning with the death to our old way of life. That is what true repentance means and whether we repent or not, it is all the Lord’s work, our delusion of free will has nothing to do with it.

Psa 90:3 Thou (GOD DOES IT) turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.

Isa 63:17  O LORD, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear?

The war that Christ brings when He appears to us to begin remolding us into a vessel of honor does not take place out there in space, it takes place in heaven which is in the hearts and minds of God’s very Elect.

Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The coming of Christ to make war and make all things new separates His Chosen Ones from the rest of the world. The sword that is His word divides us and also divides the old man from our new man (Christ in us). This is a great mystery we must be given the ears to hear and eyes to see by the Lord.  Salvation comes to us by the trials that the Lord in His mercy brings upon His Very Elect in this age. That is how we are refined in the fire and all things are made new.

1Pe 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

1Pe 4:13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

My old life has been destroyed by these trials and in that I rejoice because that is how we learn righteousness and come to possess “eternal” aka aionious life right here and right now.

Isa 26:9With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Thy judgments are only in the earth of God’s Elect in this life or AION.

1Pe 4:17  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God

We don’t possess eternal life unless and until we know the real Christ.  Few do

Joh 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

The destruction of our old man in our day of judgment is the very essence of the good news and how the Lord plans to remold us into His image. This mystery has in turn been twisted by carnal men into the lie and false doctrine of eternal torment that is believed by billions of people to this very day.

But to those with ears to hear and eyes to see, we have come to see this is the wonderful works of God to the children of men and is the process, the method by which we all are saved in due time.  Here is the good news coming to us, the fire that is the word of God coming to teach us righteousness thru the process of judgment and suffering.

2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting (age abiding not eternal) destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

The Two Vessels of Clay in His Hand

The making of all things new is likened to the Lord being a potter and remaking the first vessel of clay He makes into a new vessel. Speaking about Isreal, His Elect and chosen few, the Lord says this thru the prophet.

Jer 18:3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.

Jer 18:4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

The Master Potter promises God’s Elect that all things will be made new when Christ comes to a second time for salvation without sin. This process begins when our day of the Lord commences . But first we will spend our appointed time as the false witness, a vessel of dishonor, knowing and serving Him in the flesh. Yet a day will come beginning with Christ’s first fruits or His Elect to remake those marred vessels into vessels of honor in the house of God.

Rom 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

Rom 9:22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

Rom 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

It is by the Lord showing His wrath against our carnal mind and lusts (the old man) that He will make it known to us the riches of His glory. In actuality, contrary to what we learn in Babylon, the mercy of the Lord is actually having this judgment of God fall upon us and living thru the wrath against our old nature. This is a great mystery the world cannot receive in these above verses from Romans 9.

Mankind is indeed clay in the hands of God. It is IN HIM that all men, live, breathe, think and have their very being.

Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

A dear sister just showed me and others that being IN HIM is the same as fulfilling this profound statement by Christ. He is the Word.

Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The first Adam is the man of sin (in all of us) and was never intended to enter the kingdom of God. The first vessel we all are in the flesh I, was and will be marred and that on purpose by the Lord.

Rom 8:20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

Some of the plainest Scriptures describing the two step process are right here in 1 COR 15 as is the salvation of all men in due time, but very few can hear what is being said.

1Co 15:43 It is sown in dishonour; (marred, subject to vanity, sinful flesh, corruption, etc) it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

1Co 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

1Co 15:46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

1Co 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

1Co 15:48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

1Co 15:49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

Flesh and blood CANNOT inherit the kingdom of God. Our being flesh is simply the first step in God’s two step plan for all men.

Rom 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

Psa 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin (FLESH) did my mother conceive me.

The Last Days Usher in Salvation and all things new

Those who doubt the absolute sovereignty of God do not know what it means to be a potter molding clay in one’s hands and have no appreciation for God’s plan for all men in their appointed times.   This is the “last days” for each of us, our time of Christ coming to us to bring judgment and begin the process of remolding the clay into the new vessel.

Dan 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

Dan 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

The time of the end, is a day and hour unique to all of us, it is our personal day of the Lord, the day of judgment, not a literal day but a period of time, the process by which our marred “chief of sinners” vessel of clay is remolded into a new vessel.   This begins when we HEAR the word of the Lord and arise and go to the Lord’s house (the real Body of Christ) and where we see with spiritual eyes and ears that are CAUSED to hear (no free will involved whatsoever). Amazing how prideful carnal babes will be shown such convincing scripture such as this but cannot see it and cannot hear it as the Lord is keeping them in darkness to this most basic plan of God.

Isa 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Isa 64:7 And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities.

Isa 64:8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

Notice it is not our sins or unrighteousness that is filthy rags, but it is the very righteous things we do that we take credit for and boast about claiming free will that truly deceive us and keep us snared in darkness imprisoned in Babylon. But in the last days for each of us, the Lord will come to be exalted in our heavens.

Isa_2:2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

Mic_4:1 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

Act_2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

In the appointed times for all, the Lord will return a second time without sin for salvation, which means giving us dominion over sin, setting us free from sins power in our lives.

Heb 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Gaining Dominion and Victory Little By Little

The past year has been a life changing season for me. I can now look back and see the Lord’s hand in all of us, doing the very things I have written about in this post. The war in my heavens and the coming of Christ has not brought peace but a war. But Christ is winning and the old Pete and his kingdoms have been destroyed little by little, town by town, city by city, idol by idol. All things are being made new by the shaking. A new way of life has emerged.

Heb 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Christ in me has been feasting on the enemies within me and the kingdoms of the beast, the chief of sinners that gathered against the Lord.  When He to make war in your heavens, to remold and shape you then we will begin to understand what God being a consuming fire really means and it has nothing to do with eternal punishment.  It has everything to do with God bringing salvation to all men by destroying the beast and false prophet within us all.

Rev 19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;

Rev 19:18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

Rev 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. (PRAISE GOD FOR HIS WAYS!)

Rev 19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

When Christ comes to us in the AION presdestinated for us all, if we are God’s very Elect, He is going to finish the good work He has started in us. The destruction of our old man and old way of life will indeed be complete. The Lord leaves no stone unturned, no lies in our heaven, the light that is Christ will via His PROCESS of judgment make all things new.

I hope my rambling musings here have helped some struggling with the seemingly slow process the Lord ordains to change us into His image. I encourage you to be patient and wait upon the Lord and you will not be disappointed. The Lord work patiently with us and even tells us why, so we will know He did it and our carnal mind had nothing to do with our salvation.

Luk 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls

Exo 23:29 I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.

Exo 23:30 By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.

If we are given the faith to believe, we can then enter into His rest and wait on the Lord to do His great work in us. In due time we shall not be ashamed.

Psa 25:3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed

Following in Christ Suffering

Php 1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

The death of Jesus Christ did not finish or eliminate the need for His Christ to go die with Him, it just showed us the way.  He was sent to suffer and be sacrificed for the people and so shall His Christ follow in that model.

Joh 20:21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Joh 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

Joh 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Joh 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Rather than lamenting these things, which we will of course all do initially, we should rejoice. Nobody will say it is a blessing to be persecuted or spoken evil about but what sayeth the Lord.  Don’t forget who is blessed so says the Lord.

Mat 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Mat 5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Mat 5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Walking in the light is walking in Christ which is the Word. This is done by being actively engaged and fellowshipping with the true Body of Christ.  This is how we are cleansed being washed by the water of the word and all things are made new. This is the way of salvation and making of all things new.

1Jn 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Take heart and wait on the Lord to finish His good work and bring His promises to fruition.  He will do it.

Rev 21:5  And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

The new birth is coming to all, it only awaits the times and seasons appointed by God.

 Your brother in Christ,  PETE
