Seeing and Judging Through Christ’s Eyes
Rohnel, and my beloved husband, Peter, servants of God And Christ, unto the little children and to the faithful sons of God: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1Co 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
Keep My Commandments
Psa 119:19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
Psa 119:32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
1Jn 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
Knowing No Man after the Flesh
Everyone born of a woman makes many judgments every single day. As the first man, Adam, we are created this way. We judge men or matters every time we respond, think, and act to the various stimuli; all things, Christ, the Potter, is working in our lives.
Isa 64:8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them
Making decisions means judging, and it means accusing or excusing within ourselves. This is the Law of the Gentiles as Paul tells us in Romans. All of this is by God, the Father, through Christ’s design and plan from the beginning of the world.
Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Rom 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
Rom 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another
Christ works all our thoughts, revealing to us our thoughts and intentions of the heart, giving us the very words we speak. The sovereignty of Christ is unknown to humanity and all that is in the world. The world is blinded and is given over to Satan, which represents the spirit that drives our carnal minds [Eph 2:2].
Amo 4:13 For, lo, he that formeth the mountains, and createth the wind, and declareth unto man what is his thought, that maketh the morning darkness, and treadeth upon the high places of the earth, The LORD, The God of hosts, is his name.
Pro 16:1 The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.
Isa 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

By coming through the Lake of Fire, that is to say, the Lord’s Commandments, being the firstfruits unto the Lord, the true sons of God learn to trust in the Lord and not to lean on their own understanding. They understand that the Lord is working all things and has predestinated every man’s life, declaring the end from the beginning.
Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
Isa 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
The title of this study comes from this well-known Scripture that tells of the complete paradigm shift those of the household of faith, the true faith of Christ, are now exhibiting in conducting themselves in vessels of clay. Being made into a quickening Spirit, the last Adam, we know no man after the flesh anymore. We abstain from engaging in our innate fleshly lusts and carnal reasonings in following Christ.
2Co 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
1Pe 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul
The precious few given the Spirit of Christ, that is to say His Commandments, are being drawn to Christ and are now walking differently as compared to their former selves and the entire carnal world, being raised from spiritual death, which is being in bondage to the Law for the lawless.
Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Walking by faith and not by sight, that is to say, the flesh, is transferring us from darkness to light. Walking by faith is to walk after Christ’s Commandments and not judging by reason, that is to say, our carnal minds.
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
2Co 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.
With our faith established, true sons of God grow through the many trials the Lord brings, which continue to teach them to see things differently than before and to see all things through God’s eyes. God’s eyes are the Holy Commandments by which we are judged and chastened when the Spirit of Christ comes to us. Christ shows us and leads us to the Father.
Col 2:6 As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,
Col 2:7 rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
Joh 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Joh 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Contrary to the multitudes trapped by the oldness of the letter bound to the Law for the unrighteous and not seeing the Spirit in all Scripture, the true sons of God come to know and see that the Lord is not a respecter of persons.
Lev 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
2Sa 14:14 For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means [The Living Gospel within us], that his banished be not expelled from him.
Col 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
Spiritual Jews and spiritual Gentiles are viewed the same and given the same judgments and the same reward, and that is life aonios. A Spiritual Jew has studied much, and a spiritual Gentile has the Father’s Name [Commandments] in their foreheads. To the Father and Christ, there is no difference, as salvation has come to the Gentiles also. This is the parable hidden in the Commandments: Judge no man after the flesh.
Rom 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Act 28:28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
The punishments and the rewards, the entire process of salvation is one process that comes alike to the spiritual Jews and spiritual Gentiles in this age and in every age since Christ. There is no respect of persons with God, whether Jew or Gentile. We also remember that Christ is the Saviour of all humanity. This is a basic doctrine and a topic for another letter.
Ecc 9:2 All things come alike to all: there is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked; to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean
Rom 2:9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
Rom 2:10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
The sons of God are commanded to do what Christ does and follow His example in how we are to judge all things and not all men.
Joh 8:15 Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
Joh 8:16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.
How do we make these judgments every day and follow after Christ, judging no man? Walking by faith and not by sight, according to the Commandments of Christ, rather than the wisdom and logic of the carnal world within us, is how this is accomplished.
Joh 12:47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Joh 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
We, who are spiritual, judge each other today by the words of fire we speak, share, and meditate upon. Sons of God are judged by no man but are judged by the living Commandments, that is, Christ in us, the Hope of Glory.
1Co 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
1Co 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
It is Christ, the Living Word within us, that is doing the judging. It is the authority of Christ within us, the Commandments, which we follow in conducting ourselves and judging righteous judgment rather than judging after the flesh. Judging after the flesh is judging according to our carnal reasonings and the idols of the heart, the work of our hands. Think spiritually.
Joh 7:24 Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.
Mat 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mat 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
With regard to knowing men and how we are making those judgments, we judge the fruit and the Spirit in the man rather than the man. We look inwardly.
1Sa 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
Mar 7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
Mar 7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Mar 7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
Mar 7:23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
Old Testament symbols on weights and measures ultimately speak to our faithfulness to the Lord, that is to say, His Commandments, and how we judge all matters of life.
1Co 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
1Co 6:4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
Diversity in our judgment, playing favourites or being partial, is using diverse weights and measures, and this is what the first man Adam in all of us does, in justifying carnal reasonings and wresting godly judgment away. It is an abomination to the Lord. The only just weights are the Commandments. Anything else is showing partiality and respect of persons, which is wickedness in the eyes of the Lord. The Commandment to judge righteous judgment is hidden in the shadows of the Old Testament.
Pro 20:10 Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are an abomination to the LORD.
Deu 25:13 “You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a heavy and a light.
Deu 25:14 You shall not have in your house differing measures, a large and a small.
Deu 25:15 You shall have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure, that your days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
Mic 6:10 Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant measure that is abominable?
Mic 6:11 Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights?
It is the mature sons of God, being made perfect every day in vessels of clay, who are learning to measure all things by the Commandments of Christ, which is how we discern between good and evil. Christ does His work through His true children.
Eze 44:23 And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
Eze 44:24 And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths.
Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
James calls out the church for being partial and for continuing to show respect for persons, knowing men after the flesh.
Jas 2:1 (NKJV) My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality.
James continues to give a seeming outward physical example, yet we remember the Lord’s Words are Spirit, and all of these words are signified.
Jas 2:2 (NKJV) For if there should come into your assembly a man with gold rings, in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes,
Jas 2:3 and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, “You sit here in a good place,” and say to the poor man, “You stand there,” or, “Sit here at my footstool,”
Jas 2:4 have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?
Jas 2:8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF,” you do well;
Jas 2:9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
These words are a deep parable that teaches us that it is not only the spiritual Jews who obtain salvation, but also the spiritual Gentiles, as shown in the Scriptures above. Here is one more:
Rom 9:24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
Rom 9:25 As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
We are aware that Christ uses our preferences and partiality for people and all things to test our faith. In the Day of the Lord, the righteousness of Christ shows us the partiality that lies hidden in our hearts. When we apply a different plumbline and let those carnal desires interfere with being obedient unto Christ and His Commandments, we sin.
1Ti 5:21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
Rom 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
Spiritual Jews and spiritual Gentiles are all one in Christ after Faith IS come.
Gal 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by [the free gift of] faith in Christ Jesus.
Gal 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
The Body of Christ in every age since Christ and in ages to come comes from all nations, tribes, and tongues, there being no respect of any person, creed, race, or nation by the Lord.
Rev 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
Deu 10:17 For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:
Knowing no man after the flesh includes the Command not to worship the angels who show us these things.
Rev 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
Rev 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
Furthermore, knowing no man after the flesh is not seeking preeminence in the church but rather becoming all things to all men to save them by preaching the Gospel.
Mat 23:11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
1Co 9:19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.
1Co 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
1Co 9:21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
1Co 9:22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
1Co 9:23 And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.
We are being made perfect in the Day of the Lord. This is the Day the Lord has made, and happy are those to whom the Commandments have come, and we are being saved by doing them.
Psa 118:24 This is the day the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.
Moses, as type and shadow of Christ, teaches the people, and we, the true sons of God, teach ourselves and others the true Law of Liberty, which is the Lord’s Commandments.
Deu 4:5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
Deu 4:6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
Deu 4:7 For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?
Deu 4:8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?
Deu 4:9 Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons’ sons
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
Remember to know and keep the Commandments of the Lord Jesus fervently. Go to the truthinscripture.com website and head to the subtitle “Commandments.” The Living Commandments, Christ, is the inheritance of God’s chosen ones. Aaron is a type and shadow of Christ’s true sons.
Num 18:20 And the LORD spake unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any part among them: I am thy part and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.
1Pe 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
1Pe 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
1Pe 1:5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1Pe 1:6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
1Pe 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
Virtually every day, all of us are given trials and tests of our faith as we interact with other people, all of whom are God’s creation. Do we see them through Christ’s eyes, the Commandments, or are we still judging and knowing them after the flesh? It takes practice and many failures to learn to be successful in judging righteously. True sons of God strive to judge like Christ because as He is, so are we.
Receive ye the Gospel. Receive the Holy Spirit.
