Our Day of Visitation and Acceptance in the Beloved
Rohnel and Peter, servants of Christ Jesus, according to His will, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called: Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
Keep My Commandments
Jer 7:23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.
Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
The Acceptable Year of the Lord
Preaching the true Gospel is the same as preaching the Acceptable Year of the Lord. Coming to understand this helps us know how we are to live our lives henceforth and what to expect as we finish the race set before us. When Christ IS come with His mighty angels preaching the Gospel to us, the Acceptable Year of the Lord IS begun within us. This is also known as the Day of the Lord and the days of visitation. Please refer to the detailed study: The Wonderful and Dreadful Day of the Lord on the truthinscripture.com website.
Luk 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Luk 4:19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Hos 9:7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred [violence in the land, accusing and excusing within ourselves].
Luk 19:42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace [the Commandments] but now they are hid from thine eyes.
Luk 19:43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,
Luk 19:44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
1Pe 2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.
The Acceptable Year of the Lord is the year of the Lord’s favor upon men and is the greatest blessing any man receives in a vessel of clay. The favor towards man is the true grace of God, which is what transforms us and remakes us into His image by the chastening and scourging of our earthly man and beastly way of life. The grace of God is not a substitution of His death for ours, nor is it forgiveness where no suffering or consequences, which teach us as children, are experienced. True grace is the fire, the Commandments of Christ, the wrath of God poured out against our flesh, that is to say, our carnal mindedness being bound to the letter of the law, accusing or excusing within ourselves [Rom 2].
Isa 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments [Commandments] are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
Rom 1:4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
Rom 1:5 By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
Rom 1:6 Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
The wrath of God, Christ’s Commandments, is what teaches us righteousness. The wrath of God is aimed at the first Adam within us, the gentile nations within, who walk after the stubbornness of their own hearts. All of what is described in Ephesians below is what the natural man within us does. Do not think out there, but discern spiritually and think within.
Tit 2:11 For the grace [Commandments, the Word of Grace] of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Tit 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Jhn 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Eph 5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
Eph 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
Eph 5:4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Eph 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
We see that the Acceptable Year of the Lord is also known as the Day of Vengeance, the Day of age-enduring fire, that brings about the last Adam, a quickening Spirit, the new man of His righteousness, established by the faith of Christ. Think spiritually within.
Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Isa 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Heb 10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
Jud 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Christ’s favour towards us is His righteous judgments that come by way of the Word, the Commandments. This is His loving kindness or mercy shown to us that opens our blind eyes and deaf ears. Knowing we are in the Lake of Fire, His Commandments, which kill death within us, that is to say, the carnal mind, is what we receive from our heavenly Father. We are being accepted in the Beloved and being transformed into the image of Christ, going from glory to glory.
Psa 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour [H7522 – acceptance, receiving us] is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Eph 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Eph 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
The restoration of Israel, that is to say the restoration of God’s sons, is accomplished in the Acceptable Year and time the Lord has ordained when He IS come to rule in our lives, establishing a new earth in which His righteousness dwells. We are set free from bondage to the letter. Satan, the devil, our natural father, is cast out of our heavens when the Lord rules in Zion [us] in this Day. This is the true Sabbath’s rest of the Lord we seek and with patience and prayer wait to enter in.
Isa 49:8 Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;
Isa 49:9 That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.
This parable speaks of us being set free from Satan, the spirit that drives our carnal minds, on the true Sabbath day. Satan is the prince of the power of the air [Eph 2:2].
Luk 13:15 The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
Luk 13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
It is in the Acceptable Year of the Lord that we are being made to give an account, and we are being judged every day. Our spiritual progression is advanced from the initial down payment [2 Co1:22] onward toward a mature man of God who does righteousness [1 John 4:12], as the Spirit dwelling in us is righteous.
Act 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
Act 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
Act 10:35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
The Acceptable Year of the Lord is not literal. This applies to all of Scripture; the Lord’s words are spiritual, and flesh profits nothing [Joh 6:63]. Christ speaks in similitudes and in parables [Hos 12:10, Mar 4:11]. Outwardly, the Acceptable Year defines the three harvests of the Lord by which all men are being saved [1Co 15:22-24] in the order ordained. Yet the Acceptable Year of the Lord is also a living event that God’s sons live out inwardly. This Year of the Lord is what is converting us and making us acceptable in the Beloved. The spiritual man is the blessing, coming forth through a progressive and fiery process that is maturing us.
Deu 16:16 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty:
Deu 16:17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee.
Luk 21:17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.
Luk 21:18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
Luk 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.
The Acceptable Year of the Lord is the same as the three days during which Christ is rebuilding the Temple of God within us, which we have destroyed and profaned, making it a house of merchandising and not of prayer. The result is spiritual death, and the glory of God is not found in the house. We are the Temple of God, and He raises us through His Commandments. We suffer many things before the Lord raises us from death and begins to remake His Temple.
Mat 15:32 Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude [within us], because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.
Mrk 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
Joh 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
The working of the Lord within us for these three days is the one sign given that the Lord is with us and we are now being conformed into His image and righteousness. It is an evil generation, that is to say, it is an evil mindset, to seek after a sign. We all do this at times appointed for us to do. All is by God’s design.
Mat 12:38 Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.
Mat 12:39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
Mat 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Our change of heart, done by the spiritual circumcision of the Lord, is the same acceptance process that is consecrating us as priests and bringing forth the last Adam, a quickening Spirit.
Eze 43:27 And when these days are expired, it shall be, that upon the eighth [new beginnings] day, and so forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.
Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Col 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
Col 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
It is in Christ’s mountain, spiritual Jerusalem, where we are accepted and where all of His righteous work is performed in us. The true Gospel of Christ is separating the little children of God, and it is the savour of death to death, that is to say, death to our carnal way of thinking.
Eze 20:41 I will accept you with your sweet savour [of death], when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.
2Co 2:15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
2Co 2:16 To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
Dying to death on a tree [Acts 5:30] is how we are being conformed into the image of the Son and is what makes us acceptable to the Lord. This is Christ’s desire and plan, who is working all things according to the counsel of His will [Eph 1:11]. Christ commands us to ‘follow Him’ to death. This is why our death [death to death, the second death] is precious to the Lord.
Psa 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.
Ecc 7:1 A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one’s birth.
1Co 15:31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
A New Testament witness explaining the Lord’s view of our death is this:
Col 1:20 And, having made peace [within] through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
Col 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
Those being accepted by the Lord are those bringing judgment to the Gentiles within themselves, that is to say, the rest of the dead within. Those whom the Lord accepts are those in whom He delights when judgment is brought forth.
Jer 9:24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.
Isa 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth [H7521 – Accepts]; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.
Pro 3:12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
Rom 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Christ taking pleasure in His people is the same as the Lord accepting His people, as Psalm 149 confirms.
Psa 149:4 For the LORD taketh pleasure [H7521 – accepts] in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.
Psa 149:5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
Psa 149:6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two edged sword in their hand;
Psa 149:7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, [within first] and punishments upon the people;
Psa 149:8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron [rule and reign over the inward nations];
Psa 149:9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.
Being accepted by God, the Father, and Christ, His Son, means we have been chosen and received by Them [One Spirit] as Their sons. Embracing the true Gospel is embracing the work of Christ’s chastening grace, which scourges the man of sin within and burns up our entire old way of life, making all things new within and without.
2Ti 1:8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
2Ti 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
2Ti 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
Today is the Acceptable Year of the Lord. We are hearing the true Gospel being preached to us. We are admonished not to squander it or receive this grace of God in vain.
2Co 6:1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.
2Co 6:2 For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
Victory is certain, the Baptism of Fire, the place of our death within, the Lake of Fire, is the only way wherein the righteousness of Christ is being established. This is a new heaven and a new earth within us.
2Pe 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
2Pe 3:14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;
Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
In the Acceptable Year of the Lord, being set free from our hard labour, speaking spiritually, we watch lest we enter into temptation. Our enemies within are always there to tempt us, wresting judgment away. Our hard labour is the fruit of our carnal thinking, which produces lies and idols of the heart, the work of our own hands.
Mat 24:42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
Mat 24:43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
Mat 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
2Pe 3:17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
2Pe 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
We have every expectation of fiery trials daily as we go through the Lake of Fire now, in vessels of clay to die to death, which is the second death. Think spiritually.
2Co 6:4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
2Co 6:5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
2Co 6:6 By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love [Agape – our obedience] unfeigned,
2Co 7:4 Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.
Sons of God no longer abide in darkness in the Acceptable Year of the Lord. The Light of Christ has shone onto our earth, and we ourselves are now enlightened with the light that is the Commandments, which bring judgment to the earth.
Psa 97:4 His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
The Lord is seated in our heavens, and we are become quickening Spirits, and no longer live for ourselves. The Promise IS come for us.
Mar 16:19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
Mar 16:20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.
1Co 7:23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men [lies].
Eph 5:9 For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth.
Eph 5:10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
We grow to fully embrace the suffering and afflictions to which we have been appointed for the sake of the true Gospel of Christ Jesus in this Day of the Lord, the Acceptable Year of the Lord, the Day of our Visitation, and the Year of Vengeance. All the same symbol, the dream is one [Gen 41:26].
Php 1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
Col 1:24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church:
Col 1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
The Power of the Spirit, Christ’s Commandments, is working mightily in us. We are now the Lord’s ministering angels sent to those who obtain salvation. Believe the Gospel, and know we, the sons of God, His little children, have been accepted by the Lord, in the Beloved.
Luk 21:28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
Heb 3:13 but exhort one another daily, while it is called “TODAY,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Heb 3:14 For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end
God is the God of the living. Those chosen and counted worthy to obtain salvation and the resurrection of the dead no longer live for ourselves but are bondservants of the Lord. We become the angels of the Lord, the children of God, by way of the resurrection from the dead.
Luk 20:35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
Luk 20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
Luk 20:37 Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
Luk 20:38 For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.
If we be dead with Christ, we shall live with Christ, being one in Spirit with God.
Joh 14:19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
Joh 14:20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
In the Acceptable Year of the Lord, we, the sons of God, send portions to those for whom none is prepared. Our garments are white, and our heads do not lack ointment. This is a parable, and it means we wear the white robes of righteousness, that is to say, obedience to Christ’s Commandments, and our heads do not lack the anointing oil of the Commandments. We know them and strive to do them.
Neh 8:9 And Nehemiah, which is the Tirshatha, and Ezra the priest the scribe, and the Levites that taught the people, said unto all the people, This day is holy unto the LORD your God; mourn not, nor weep. For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the law.
Neh 8:10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
Ecc 9:8 Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment.
