Free To Live For Jesus
Those that are truly Born Again and who have had their hearts circumcised by the power of God have total freedom in Christ Jesus. We live in complete liberty, no longer subject to the Law of Moses with the full assurance of salvation IF we continue walking with the Lord being led by the Holy Spirit. That is an awesome promise from God and those that truly know HIM will live in reverence and obedience to the Holy Commandment which is to love everyone.
We truly are free. Free from the power of sin in our lives but also free from a heavy yoke and burden of things we must do or don’t to be saved.God has saved us, HE did it. Our salvation is a work of faith and the Scriptures tell us NO FLESH shall be justified by any work.We are no longer slaves but sons in the Kingdom, if you are walking by faith.
John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed
Sure the law still stands for those outside of covenant. It is there to bring judgment for sin and transgression.But you my brethren are children of covenant if Jesus is truly your Lord and have been given His Spirit.We are therefore not under any aspects of the law but grace.Do not fall from this grace or receive it vain.We must walk it and believe.
To those of you that keep Jewish traditions on the Sabbath and the Feasts of the Lord, that is awesome if your motive is truly to spend time with God and celebrate what Jesus has already done for you. There is much apostasy however on the issues of the Sabbath and the Feasts and this whole movement that seeks to return Christians to what they call the Hebrew roots. Be careful as much of this is fraught with error and legalism which negates the gospel of faith and makes our righteousness about our performance of some vague fleshly ritual.The early church dealt with this confusion straight up and you can read about in ACTS 15.
ACTS 15:5-6 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, that it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the Law of Moses. And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.
The answer given by God was that there was no rules and the law of Moses was no longer applicable. Peter delivers the truth settling the matter in the early church.
ACTS 15:8-11 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us; And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
We must keep the sabbath but we need to understand what the spiritual fulfillment of the sabbath truly is in the same way adultery, murder were elevated into spiritual heart based actions and deeds. The sabbath rest is fulfilled daily when we enter into and possessing the land that is in CHRIST JESUS. It is not an option, all true Christians will do this. All who have this hope in Jesus purify themselves just as Jesus is pure.
Hebrews 4:9-11 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
Simply put this means to be led by the Holy Spirit. It really is that simple. Long before the law was ever given thru Moses,the promise of faith and the everlasting covenant was given to Abraham. This was the perpetual covenant that would mark and be the ONE SIGN of God’s people,the Israel of God.You can read about that in Genesis 17.
Genesis 17:7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee
The sign referred to here is the sign of circumcision.It is the circumcision of our hearts, done by God that marks out who truly are God’s people.This covenant was given hundred of years before the law of Moses. Paul even told us why the law of Moses was given, it was because of sin and was brought to show the people how sinful they were and in need of a Savior.God wanted to turn their hearts back to Him in repentance.The law was given for a time and a season to usher in the SEED of the promise given to Abraham. That seed has come and HIS name is Jesus. If you are born again, of the spiritual seed of Isaac, you are not under the Law of Moses but grace.
Romans 2:28-29 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Don’t be like the foolish Galatians who were deceived by teachers that were trying to combine law with faith.They are exclusive but not contrary to one another. Christ is indeed the end of the law for righteousness (Romans 10:4)
Galatians 3:4-5 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Those walking in true faith instinctively keep the law and higher standard of obedience that Jesus made clear in Matthew 5. We do not obey to be saved,we obey because we are saved and the Spirit of God that lives in us guides us into all righteousness. I hope you begin to see this truth and come out of a legalistic self righteous Christianity.Many people are bearing thorn and thistles and not the fruit of love by getting caught in this net of deception that defines the Messianic movement of today. You are free to live for Jesus and walk with a light burden and easy yoke.
Romans 8:2-4 For the law of the Spirit of life (Royal Law) in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death (Moses Law). For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit
Keep the Sabbath if you wish.Celebrate the feast if so led but judge not any brother on these days and festivals (Rom 14:10). My prayer for you is you will actually come to know and enter into the true Sabbath rest that remains for the people of God.Do not stumble over the stumbling stone.Jesus has done it,it is finished, you just need to decide in your heart to get in on this new covenant and leave the dead letter law behind.
DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE in Jesus and what HE has already done? Many are walking in unbelief and are striving to be righteous and holy on the outside yet all the work and overcoming is a battle that takes place on this inside – IN YOUR HEART.
Please examine yourself. God will resist the proud and the true gospel will be veiled to those that are self-righteous. Get free today and let this marvelous light of the gospel shine into your heart and flow back out as a fountain of living water.Walk in love and thereby you shall fulfill the entire law.

You can understand all mysteries. Jesus who is the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is a mystery that can be understood. Jesus is not keeping this Truth from you.
You mentioned the “carnal mind”. You need not use a carnal mind to learn Spiritual Truth.

Because God spoke all in exsistance. His word is of him and he in his word. God is spirit.
God is His word. Yet his word comes forth of him when he speaks. Thus Christ said the Father is greater than i ……….for i came forth of the Father. Jesus is the image of the invisible God. God is His word, in His word, his very essence coming forth of Him. As Christ told his disciples … you have believed that i came forth of God. Immanuel God with us. God is life………..and when he speaks his life issues forth of Him doing all that is spoken………..for the actual word that comes forth of God is indeed His living entity. All life sprang forth of Him……..and how………….He Spoke and it IS. The word can only do what is spoken …………As Christ said as i hear that i do. My works are of the Father…………..The Father is in Him and HE in the Father. The comforter(Spirit) is the Spirit of God………spirit of Christ. Oh hear Israel thy Lord thy God is one. The three are one. No man has at any time seen God……………………He is revealed by Christ within us. The flesh cannot recieve that which is spiritual…………….it must be spiritually discerned. Thus all who worship him do so by HIS SPIRIT…………….cant even call him LORD lest it be by the Spirit.

The inspired word of God written in Christian appellation. (Spirit is spirit) the word “ye” speaks of all people in the church age. You must be born of Eve and then the Spirit to “enter” the kingdom of God. Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man (Jesus was born of the flesh of Adam; “He was the Son of man”, of which Eve is the mother of all living and of her were all born of the water). Jesus was also born of the blood of the God, “the Son of God” who was the Son everlasting which has no beginning, the Son always was, always is, and always will be.

How can you Nicodemus not know thise things, as you being a master of Israel, and yet not knoweth the scriptures of the OT.

1. That the Pharisees taught their own doctrine which they did not even understand. They did teach much truth Matthew 23:2, but they were ignorant of the plainest matters in their application. A thorn in the flesh………………….this was an infimirty given Paul………………by the messenger of Satan. WHy? Lest i be puffed up………….
Paul had been given many revelations from the Lord. The flesh of man, or carnal mind can begin and become boastful………….or puffed up. Paul explains this quite well in corinthians.
He did beseech the Lord three times to take this away. But was reminded………….Gods strength is made perfect in weakness.
Let us always teach all things…………….taking nothing out of text. This way we do learn truth. And will come to unity in the faith. @Paul…………..Thanks for always telling people Christ never sinned.
I too cant stand it when they try and teach he did.
They forget that God cannot sin. However Paul remember too had He not been made in the likeness of sinful flesh……………..how could we in this likeness of sinful flesh be free.
Lets read again Romans 8 v3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and condemned sin in the flesh………that the righteousness of the law might be fullfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, BUT after the spirit. Or again in Hebrews 2 v 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also himself likwise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. He took on him not the nature of angels………….but the seed of abraham……….Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be MADE LIKE UNTO HIS BRETHREN,that he might be a merciful an faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people, For in that He himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to succor them that are tempted. Or in another place……………He was tempted in all points, yet without sin. The sum …………we have a great high priest who is able to make the true intercession for us. The truth is GOd cannot be tempted with evil……………thus it was always going to have to be GOd………IMMANUEL……..GOd with us…………….to take on Human form, sinful flesh…………and conquer all sin………………..so we could be set free from sin.
Man cannot do this………………ONLY GOD DID. Thus now live by the SPIRITS unctions, and warnings unto us daily to kill sin in the body. Dear Peter,
You have given a Good Word, again. I do see a kind of legalism in reguard to water baptism and other things done to the “flesh” that some claim to be of Faith in Jesus. I say this because as I have matured in the Love of Jesus I have had many people that are not willing to Love me because I am “Free to Live for Jesus”.
I would like to hear what you have to say on the matter of walking in the “flesh”. I see two or even 3 kinds of “flesh”. Before resurrection and after. Now Jesus walked in flesh before and after his resurrection, yet he never sinned in the flesh, that would be 2 kinds of flesh. Now the third is sinful flesh which I have walked in during my past. Now I have a new flesh born of Jesus, and one more to come at the first resurrection.
There is the thorn in the flesh as well. Those that walk in the flesh can have a thorn in it. Jesus did not have a thorn in the “flesh”, unless we take in to account the thorns he was given by the Romans. We should not be walking in the sinful flesh. This is what makes us Free to Live for Jesus. That we walk in the Holy Spirit of Jesus.
What is left for us to not be walking in any sinful flesh is to Love one another.

this beast out of the sea is the king of fierce countenance (the religious system of Herod, the Pharisees and Sadducee’s) unleashed. This comes about after the false prophet with 2 horns leads the congregation to fully transgess the covenant, which opens the bottomless pit at the 5th trumpet, the beast out of the sea is the 6th trumpet. There have been many micro versions of this formula in the post-cross history of the entire church age.. It also apply in an individual layer as well.
How does the transgressors come to the full, Paul tells us in Galatians 5-13. They take and use the liberty of Christ for an opportunity to excell in the flesh through the trangression of the 17 things things listed in verses 19,20,21.

Pete is very correct in this teaching.
What happens is the false prophet (the apostate church) causes the whole world do wonder back to this beast of the law, (pride) that comes up out of the sea.
What generally causes this movement is an extreme liberal and lascivious lifestyle to occur 1st among society (such as 1965- to the present) then when the pendulum swings back to the right, or religious legalism, aka (the first beast) it moves at a much faster pace than the swing to the left did.
The false prophet out of the earth has over the past decades slowly seeded this abusive perversion of the grace, love and leftist centred movement. When it swings back to the right it turns into a religious beast of legalism. That is the direction it will move next, the foundation for this movement is secular Isarel and the labour Zionists. The spring is slowley pulled toward the left, but when it is relaeased it snaps back very quiclkly to the right. This very same process brought about the rise of Hitler in the 30s. Legalism the beast out of the sea is on the rise, man will seek to recitify all the problems by a strick return to the law of Moses. (this is just a very simple out line)

I might only add…………….it is clearly understood the law is only used for the unrighteous, for unglodly men…………for those also in disobediance. pete is correct.
But just too add what walking after the flesh means………………….if one is sinning, breaking the law, then they are not walking in the Spirit ,,,,,,,,,,,,they are walking after the flesh, and will die……….if one does not warn them to repent. We make not void the law…………….its now established upon our hearts. What was once thou shall not commit adultery …….is now magnified to say thou shall not even look upon a woman to lust. Even as james once told them………….if ye fullfill the royal commandment thou shall love they neihbor as they self you do well………..but if ye have repsect of persons ye commit sin. For he who sins in one point is guily of all.
Thus by the grace given us…………..WORK OUT that salvation with fear and trembling.
FOr the flesh is always contrary to the spirit. IF we kill the lust , the evil………….once it pops in our mind…………for evil is always in the flesh, then we have crucified it before the sin was born which leads to death. And the beauty is if we simply walk in love………………….then all is fullfilled.
Its when we are tempted of our own flesh……………at that moment is must be killed. ONce it pops in the mind. Bring every thought captive to the obediance of Christ. Do it………and do it right quick…………for if you entertain the thought……………it will be acted out. Thus ye will sin.
Kill the flesh………….crucify it by the Power of Christ………..and do it right quick.
And if one sees a brother or sister in sin…………..Warn in godly fear, and or compassion. Rebuke quickly, but always consider yourself…………..lest ye too be tempted.
Our only goodness is of God………..thus let none be highminded as though they are better than any. For O man…………………dont you realize that it was only the goodness of GOd that even led you to repentance. Now take a stand in Christ and fight the true fight of faith. We have been called by God………..thus give worldy cares and pleasrues no thought………….for we are soldiers……….and we aim to please He who has called us. Go give timothy a read or two.
Love fullfills the law……………..but know too……………..your flesh will tempt you as long as you are in these bodies. Thus always examine yourselves daily. And be in Obediance…………For our GOd desires obediance. Be obedaint unto the Spirit and live…………………..but if ye follow the flesh you will DIE. Now be blessed and keep them bodies under subjection. And what i say to you all………….i say to me as well. God is our only goodness……………learn that , live that, and live by His goodness………..otherwise ye too shall be cut off. @Pete……….beautifull worded about Sabbath etc………..about not judging others on meats , drinks, days.
Let us grow in Grace. And focus on doing for the others welfare above our own. For GOd has us…………….we judge those within………….He judges those without. We are here for one another.

Great word Pete and I need that rest and that understanding everyday. I see that its not having the correct doctrine or the whole truth . But the ability to minister that word and doctrine with the Love where by we were saved. 1Cr 13:2 ASV – And if I have [the gift of] prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. I encourage you Brother to be not weary in well doing 1Cr 15:58 ASV – Wherefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not vain in the Lord. I do believe Pete its not whether God has called you to minister to his body or not ,its doing the will of your father. And his glory is in your LOVE to others.
