Dear Saints of Jesus,

[NAS] [Matthew 3:8]  "Therefore bear fruit in keeping with repentance;

You must have Good works to show that you have repented of your sins.

Heal anyone who will receive healing, cast out devils, do miracles.

Jesus will be with you when you take the step of Faith toward Him.

Love and Courage

@Charles Before we get to James 5, we have James 4. Maybe the reason there is so little power and miracles today and many prayers seem to not be answered is because we skipped over these instructions and jumped right to James 5.

James 4 --Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

What happens to the prayers of an unrighteous man who remains unrepentant? I think James had Isaiah 1 in mind when writing James chapters 4 and 5.

Isaiah 1:13-15 Bring no more futile sacrifices;
      Incense is an abomination to Me.
      The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies—
      I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred meeting.
       14 Your New Moons and your appointed feasts
      My soul hates;
      They are a trouble to Me,
      I am weary of bearing them.
       15 When you spread out your hands,
      I will hide My eyes from you;
      Even though you make many prayers,
      I will not hear.
      Your hands are full of blood.
   16“ Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
      Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes.
      Cease to do evil,
