False Teachers: God’s Judgment on Man
Ezekiel 44:10-11 But the Levites who went far from Me when Israel went astray, who went astray from Me after their idols, shall bear the punishment for their iniquity. 11“Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house and ministering in the house; they shall slaughter the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.
God allows and send false teachers to those that rebel against His word and profane His commandments. Most of our teachers today are deceived and this is God’s Righteous Judgment upon those that practice sin. Here is a video that will speak to this I thought was worth sharing on my blog.
I am a fan of Paul Washer, he is just a man but one I believe speaks truth about God. Paul has a good message here that explains in part how God uses (allows) False Teachers to bring judgment on the fake Christians (the tares). I pray the truth will get through to those under this bondage of deception and they will be lead to true repentance.
2 Thess 2:9-12 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Those sitting in church pews that take pleasure in their sin, have no conviction or guilt and show no remorse believe they are saved because they go to church or simply believe Jesus was God’s Son. They are under the delusion that God sends which the Apostle Paul said would preceed the coming of the anti-Christ.
