   The false oneness doctrine such as the JW’s teach, along with many others, really misses the true understanding of “ONE” that is expressed all through out the NT, and the OT as well…But this truth is much more revealed in the NT. Especially it is expressed in the gospel accounts written by the apostle John, in the epistles of John, and the book of Revelation written by John… Its the oneness of the principles of God. I am the LORD GOD, and I change not….. This is the absolute oneness of the principles that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are joined together in, to make ONE God. These principles never change. these 3 work and move forward, but the principles NEVER change..This is the ONE God, not one as in only one person, but 3 persons unified in ONE set of principles…The body of Christ is prayed by Jesus in the garden that his church be joined into that perfect oneness, with the Father, the Word , and the Holy spirit…The trinity is still way bigger than man will ever be able to wrap his mind around, but it is true and the scriptures witness it to be so……..Just imagine a honey bees brain is more complex than all the computer systems in the world…So how complex can our soul or spirit be? The answers is ; its incomprehensible. Now with that understanding; just how complex can the God of all creation be, even way beyond mans understanding in this finite condition.., This is the Almighty God that stretched out the heavens ever unending, man can’t even comprehend that, we as Christian believers know this is true, but we can not comprehend the endless heavens..The One God is most definitely 3 persons , what makes HIM the one God is the perfect unity in “principles” of these 3 persons….Without the perfect oneness of God, the universe would implode in upon itself in utter destruction…The magnificence of the power, the love, the righteousness, the truth, the grace, the knowledge, the patience, and the mercy of God All Almighty can not be understood by man in this existence, that is where our faith and hope comes in, this is what pleases God, faith in things not yet seen, I believe we will understand a whole lot more on the other side in eternity…

   Anything “TWO” is total destruction… Satan is the ultimate “TWO” (confusion) which leads to complete madness, not unified, he even disagrees with his himself, thus his children will all have different principles, which leads to the end result of eating his own tail, as Paul teaches us in Galatians ch. 5, (they bite and devour each other, then finally consume each other)..self destructive….

   Satan’s very energy; the power of the dragon, is manifested by this bi-polar, two fold condition of madness.. this is the very nature of “TWO” a house divided against itself… Completely mad….. Jesus asked them; how can Satan cast out Satan? He was expressing with a question; how can a liar cast out lie? (a lie is 2, and it is always changing,,,,,, but the truth is 1, and it NEVER changes)..Satan seeks to achieve his own trinity as well, he does it through man, the beast, and the false prophet both get there power from the dragon’s bi-polar energy, (the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet)……Anything that is not Joined in perfect unity with exactly the same principles is self destructive…. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is of the exact same principles, and is one God. Salvation Is In The Person Of Jesus Christ. Now here is a mind bender, the Word was made flesh, and the fullness of the Godhead (the trinity) is also in Him…to deep for mans mind…words of man can never explain the Majesty of God..

   @Randall – no you aren’t overacting – you are very clear – I hate that false, deceptive, new age teaching/doctrine too

   Thanks for the clarification, and now that you have explained I can see where I misunderstood that you were emphasing the point, that “He is (within) us…”

   The whole we are ‘little gods’, ‘we are christ’, teaching is rampant these days – I agree, and is the complete opposite of the truth.

   It focuses on, and promotes ‘self’, it is not of the Holy Spirit which always points to Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

   This other teaching, promotes ‘self’ and therefore is of the ‘spirit of antichrist’ and of satan.

   Ps…………..ROger you too are correct.
   Jesus did pray unto the Father.
   Tis why it is said three are in heaven. IT could say just one is heaven.
   BUt it dont. However the three as you see, are ONE.
   This is why i mainly stay out of these ……………cause nine times out of ten.
   We are saying the same things…………….but thinking either one is off.
   All we need know is There are three in heaven…………..these three are one.
   And we have contact………….by the Spirit which is here amongst us.
   You, I , Pete, Joen are not in any danger of not fully comprehending the three in one.
   WE are …………only in danger………………..if we do not obey, the spirit within us.
   Two commandments……………LOVE fullfills all.
   GOATS…………………SHEEP.

   Well………….i was going to say YEt again of my hate of that new teaching.
   But …………..well we are amongst friends……………………why continue ranting.
   But oh i do hate that teaching . Exalts man……………not GOD.
   Tis in some of the fasle prosperity churches.
   Am i a bit too hard on that teaching? I feel i just cant hate it enough.
   But do let me know. I dont want to run any away with my hatred of that lie.
   FOR it is written i have called you gods……………BUT YE shall die like men.
   Let us conclude the whole matter.
   I feel as though i could burn………..every ounce of trash man ever wrote, which is contrary to truth. Is this extreme………………i feel as though this would be a tremendous justice .. Me and the early church could just burn all them books. hate every false way. EVERY.
   I wont spend all my days looking for books to burn. Souls must be won.
   But ……………..if it were legal………….i would go in most christain bookstores………….
   remove all , or most i should say……………put it out in the parking lot……….and burn it .
   However………….this is not legal……….and we must obey mans laws.
   The early church actually did that………………it was their own books of course………..but they put them all together and burned them. I just hate that lie .

   I went back and reread it. What i was implying was GOD IS HIS WORD…….HE REALLY IS .
   I see where it looks like i did say………….when i said he is roger. I was saying it to you to mean the point i was saying.
   Am i bit over active on this issue. YOU bet.
   I hate that spirit. That is spreading in some churches…………..we are gods……….we are God etc. Man i really hate that one. WE ought simply LIVE humble.
   SO forgive my reactions……………..i just hate, hate, that newe teaching. ITs all about exalting man. And i cannot , willnot , shall not, tolerate that lie.
   THank you for bringing this up……………i sure dont want any thinking i belive that LIE.

   @Randall – I am a tad confused over your last comment to me

   I do understand that God is Spirit, no doubt about that. I also understand that when the Holy Spirit indwells – then we who are abiding in Christ Jesus, will also have He, the Son, and the Father ‘in’ us through the Holy Spirit. John 14 is a very clear teaching on this.

   I can understand that He is in Roger – but I cannot accept where you say: “He is Roger” – hopefully that was a typo..?

   In the limited understanding that I have as a man – I have not seen, and cannot comprehend, a Spiritual being. Yet from Scripture I understand that Almighty God, the God head, whilst remaining one God, is comprised of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as three separate identities/persons – all at the same time and for eternity.

   There is a belief, ‘Oneness doctrine’, that teaches that God is only the Father or the Son, or the Holy Spirit at any one time. This teaching says that all three cannot be present at the same time – it is EITHER Father, OR Son, OR Holy Spirit.

   The reason that I cannot accept this ‘Oneness doctrine’, is that Christ Jesus prayed to the Father (John 17) – therefore two separate ‘identities’, in one Godhead. He said that the Holy Spirit would not speak of Himself, but would only speak what He heard from Jesus and the Father (John 16) – here we have three ‘identities’ but one God head.

   The three are in constant, total, complete communication with each other, continually – because they are ‘one God’.

   Scripture also declares that whilst He indwells those who are spiritually regenerated, and therefore His disciples – He also remains in Heaven. Jesus, (the Son and Word of God) physically ascended to be with His Father – and scripture declares that He will physically descend at His return – to defeat the armies of the kings who stand against Him. He will also be seen by all the world. (Rev.19, Ezek.38-39)

   How can this be..? we ask. Because we do not yet have total understanding of God, we do not have total understanding of how our God, who is Spirit, can be everywhere at once, understanding all things at once, and could see the ‘end’ of this physical creation, from before the time that He spoke it into existence. He is omniscient, and omnipresent.

   I’m truly not sure how else to explain this belief, this understanding, that I have from scripture – I could write a book, but we already have that resource, from the source (better written than I could) in the Bible

   ITs why when GOD speaks the dead shall rise…………..HIS word is life, his word comes forth to gather all unto HIM, and does not return void. HE IS HIS SPRIIT< HIS WORD
   SO BE LOOKING>……………..and LIVING all as unot HIM………..in all we do , say, etc.

   You are incorrect……….when you did your nutshell speech.
   GOD is his spirit……………his word. He is roger.
   Jesus said do you not believe that i am IN the father………and the Father IN me. BOTH are in one another. as is the SPIRIT.
   Whatever proceeds forth, whether spirit or his word……….which are really one,
   All came forth of GOD, who is ONE.
   The full essence of the Father remained in heaven. But what he spoke…………came unto men. Tis why Christ said the Father is greater than I, for i came forth OF the Father.
   FROM within HIM………..GOD is SPIRIT, And how was all created.
   HE SPOKE…………HIS WORD is life………..coming forth of HIM, who is LIFE.
   THus in CHRIST were all things created. They TRULY are ONE.
   Nothing came forth that was not of GOD…………………GOD created all.
   BUT BY SPEAKING. HIS WORD CAME FORTH OF HIM, his very essence, his life, his truth, his wisdom………..tis his WORD. LIFE.
   Tis why Christ said NO man, knows the hour or day………..not angels, not even the son.
   What is spoken is done. GOd has not yet spoke this.
   The three are truly one. And all are in one.
   HIs HOly SPIRIT WITHIN……………………is CHRIST , IS HIM, HIS SPIRIT.
   This came so clear to me one day…………five years back…………..and It strengthened FAITH.
   Once you recieve this understanding………………its like words cannot express this.
   I can try and expain this………….but it sounds like rambling, or in many cases…………..they misunderstand………….Just seek ye GOD with the whole heart.
   NOTHING else………….no money, nothing. JUST seek ye GOD………………..

   I tried…………..but words limit this. Pray………………ask……………..knock, seek………..BUT do all from a lowly humble heart……………..not one tiny bit to look good, etc.

    God is spirit………..and they who worship him must do so in SPIRIT.
    God is his word…………………
    God is his spirit.
    He, is spirit, His spirit is in him and proceeds forth of him, in His word when he speaks.
    Jesus is word of GOd.Tis why Jesus said the Father is greater than I, for i came forth OF my Father. The three are ONE. Hear O israel the Lord they GOD is one.
    Yet HE was manifest in the flesh………………..Justified in the Spirit……………..
    He walked in the world………………..and had made the world………..yet the world knew Him not. How…………….HE SPOKE all into existance………………..HIS WORD is HIM, HIS essence……………..
    Manifest in flesh to take away the sins of the world. Recieved up into GLORY.
    The only way back to the Father.
    No man can come unto me(Christ ) except the Father draw him(spirit draws within our consicous) and no man can come to the Father except it be in and By the SON.
    The three are one.
    As Christ said…………….do ye not belive me………….that I am in the Father, and the Father in me. Three in heaven……………yet these three are one.
    Let us now end the debate. Ihave a debate for us……………to debate us unto good works.
    JOEN………………..find some poor people, who truly lack. NOT the GREEDY, or the ones who WONT work. But those in need. And let us begin to send what we can.
    Help any in need. Be blessed. IF you pray JOEN GOd will lead you to help them and will lead poor to you. When they come you let me know. I will send what i can……..when i can.

    GOD can manifest himself however he pleases.

    Hi Roger.
    Three persons, no. Father, son and holy spirit, yes.
    The question, who is Jesus, is a revelation. Jesus being the rock, who followed Israel in the wilderness. Even the written word is not enough to unveil his glory. It only becomes written letter, if we do not receive it throigh revelation. Eternal life is in the Son. He is the true God and eternal Life. I JOHN 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
    A person is known through his being. Being together with a person, and you learn to know his being. His person. If you are in a fellowship with God you wont find any plural personalities in him. He is One.
    The way we know a person is through being in fellowship with someone.
    For us to know God, he became flesh. And we knew him after the flesh for a while. But now we know Him no more after the flesh, but by His Spirit. We do not know another person. We know Him by Spirit. The Spirit of Christ is an Eternal spirit. HEBREWS 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
    We could not fellowship with God, because of sin. We were seperated from God in our spirit, from fellowship with his being, Him. He have to reveal his person to us, that we might know Him. I only find this place in the old testament where God is called a person. JOB 13:8 Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for God? And here he is mentioned as HIS person. Not their persons.
    In the new testament we in fact meet God in person.
    MATTHEW 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
    This just person. Body, spirit and soul makes him, Jesus, a complete person, referred to, being a person. Gods personality is known thru the Son of God. God is good ,wise, powerfull, full of mercy ect. This we know, because we know the Son.
    II CORINTHIANS 2:10 To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;
    This time the person of Christ is the nature, that we find in Paul, forgiving, in the place of Christ. Being send out as a messenger in Christ.
    HEBREWS 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
    This scripture explains the position of power that have been given to the created Son of God, the priest of Melchisedec revealed in flesh, who IS the eternal God revealed.
    This text in Hebrews is not written to explain that God is three persons. But it is written to explain what happened to the Word revealed in flesh. Lifted up high above every corrupted power on earth, washing their hands, trying to prove themselves clean.
    The trinitarian thought of God being more than one person did not yet exist, when this text was written. The thought of plural gods in one god was first known to the world, at the year of 325 AD, Nicea. By the Catholic church. They wrote down doctrines outside of the bible, and made their own written doctrines crucial to salvation.
    Jesus is Gods person expressed. God wanted to express himself, and that happened when he became flesh. And when He became flesh, he, by himself, purged our sins.
    When he sat down in heaven, it talks about the body of Jesus Christ, being placed in the heavenly world, at the RIGHT hand of a God. The right hand is an expression of entering into the place of eternal power. God is spirit.
    Jesus was casting out demons by the finger of God. Expression of resting in the power of God. The finger of God. Gods right hand.
    I CORINTHIANS 9:25 And every man that strives for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
    When Samuel was displeased by the children of Israel, he was displeased because:
    I SAMUEL 8:7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.
    This text is in Danish saying that they rejected Jehovah as their King. This KJV where I got this text from, only say “reign over them”. We might know that, you have to be King to reign.
    This text from 1. Samuel 8:7 is a direct prophecy of what the children if Israel were going to do, when their King, Jesus, (Which means Jehovah the Savior) became flesh. There is only one God. He is the King of Israel. He is the anointed One, Christ. He became flesh.
    I mentioned the wisdom of God playing. Once before time, there was not even a planet in the universe yet. And God said these first words of wisdom:
    BE LIGHT.
    The eternal Word, Gods wisdom have no beginning, but being spoken out, happened in the beginning. It have always been in God. But he spoke it out in time. These words are playing words, just from the beginning of creation. Why?
    II CORINTHIANS 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
    You might know that this FIRST day of words, spoken from God, in GENESIS 1:3 “And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” Is not the sun. The sun was created at the fourth day. The first day is Gods wisdom, Gods Word spoken out. His Word is Light. God IS Light. What God is, Jesus is also. This word came to our hearts. His Name is Jesus.
    The word was never spoken before, and that makes it, the part of God, that He sends out, to do what He, the King, commands. Every time God speaks, we change our way of seeing, because his words are corrective to our hearts. When Jesus said “Come” to Peter, Peter received a new view of God. When Jesus commanded the winds to become great calm, they changed their view of what manner of man this Jesus is.
    He is more than a man. He is not to be compared with the prophets. He is Eternal Father.
    ISAIAH 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

    There are so many scriptures, which together speak of the three persons of God, the triune God of Father Son and Holy Spirit.

    I suppose in a nutshell, one can say that:
    - The Father is God, but is not the Son or the Holy Spirit
    - The Son (Jesus) is God, but is not the Father or the Holy Spirit.
    - The Holy Spirit is God, but is not the Father or the Son.

    So, yes, God is one, but in that one being, He is three persons.

    Jesus is not the Holy Spirit:
    1. The Holy Spirit is “another Comforter”: John 14:16; compare 1 John 2:1
    2. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit: John 15:26; 16:7
    3. The Holy Spirit exhibits humility in relation to, and seeks to glorify, Jesus (John 16:13-14)
    4. The Son and the Holy Spirit are distinguished as two persons in Matt. 28:19
    5. The Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus: Luke 3:22

    The Father is not the Holy Spirit:
    1. The Father sent the Holy Spirit: John 14:15; 15:26
    2. The Holy Spirit intercedes with the Father for us: Rom. 8:26-27
    3. The Father and the Holy Spirit are distinguished as two persons in Matt. 28:19

    The Father Of Jesus Christ Is God:
    1. Explicit statements: John 17:3; 1 Cor. 8:6; etc.
    2. The expression, “the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ”: 2 Cor. 1:3; Eph. 1:3; 1 Pet. 1:3

    I do see this:
    The Word (Jesus) was with God, before creation, of anything (John 1:1-3) and yes God had wisdom before He created anything, (Prov.8:22).

    Yes, He spoke everything into existence, and all of Creation is only held together by the power of His Word (Heb 1:2-3) which verses also declare the two persons of Father and Son:

    Heb 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
    Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

    Joen I do agree with you where you say: “…There might be more than one thing to think about to realy understand God in his being….”

    I would add that there are truly many things we do not understand, or comprehend, about God – may I share with you some words from another..?

    What Difference Does The Doctrine Of The Trinity Make?

    A. Sovereignty: Because the three persons have each other, we can be assured that God created us only to share the love they have and not as a means to His own end: Acts 17:25; John 17:21-26
    B. Mystery: The triune God is totally unlike anything in our world, and therefore greater than anything we can comprehend: Rom. 11:33-36; Isa. 40:18

    F. Love: The love among the three persons is the basis and model for our love for one another: John 17:26
    G. Unity: The unity of the three persons is the basis and model for the unity of the church: John 17:21-23
    H. Humility: As the persons of the Trinity seek the glory of each other, so we should seek the interests of others above our own: Phil. 2:5-11; John 16:13-14
    I. Sonship: We are “sons of God” as we are united with the Son of God by the work of the Holy Spirit and the adoption of the Father: John 1:12-23; Rom. 8:14-17
    J. Truth: All those who wish to worship and love God must seek to know Him as He is in truth, for God, as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, is truth: John 4:24; 14:6, 17; 15:26; 16:13

    Hi bill
    There might be more than one thing to think about to realy understand God in his being.
    Once in the beginning, before there was any planets, there was nothing. Not even a word was spoken out from the Father yet. At this time when he spoke the first creating word to create the first thing that he ever created, that would be the time when the Word was playing, the wisdom was playing before God.
    This does not mean that the word was an other person than God, but it means that the thoughts which are in the mind of God, at the first time were revealed into visible existence. This way of seeing God, through the word, is the only way to ever see the invisible God. The word is his visible body if I might say.
    He might talk to himself in plural because we are created in his image. His image then have to be body soul and spirit. Some might say he talked to angels, but he did not get help from anybody.
    DEUTERONOMY 32:39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
    It might be the way of talking in the first days of time:
    DEUTERONOMY 4:31-33 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.
    For ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there hath been any such thing as this great thing is, or hath been heard like it?
    Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as thou hast heard, and live?
    It could be this precious way of speaking to a person in dignity. Thy, thee, thou, let us. In Danish this kind of talking is used when speaking to the King.
    If the three in heaven is not possible to separate, but the three on earth is seperate, then this means that none can have the Father without also having the Son, the anointed word which became flesh. And vice versa. That is also scriptural: I JOHN 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
    JOHN 5:18-19 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.
    Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
    This speech is only possible if it is the same person, being both the father and the son. Otherwise there would be separate doings of two persons. But no. I am He, Jesus said. Jesus declaring himself to be the Father and they understood that, and wanted to kill him for declaring it to be the truth. They expected to see more than a man when Messiah came. They never understood the message of their age. They never believed Jesus to be the promise of Messiah.
    I am He, Jesus said. In DEUTERONOMY 32:39 God declares and say: I am He.
    JOHN 14:11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

    It is funny how the same peace of scripture, appears different in our mind. I use the exact same scriptures to prove that God is One. I do understand why we have the doctrine of a trinitarian god. But I don’t agree. I had to change my way of thinking after receiving words from God on this subject. This question was not something that saved me. But God talked to me when I was 2 years old in Christ. 20 years old in the flesh. I chose to follow the voice of the spirit, when I heard what He spoke to me. I don’t argue with statements of what I have heard in my spirit. But I would like to tell you that this is the reason why I became convinsed that Jesus is the Father revealed in flesh.
    What I heard in my spirit was: “The name of the father, the son and the Holy Ghost is Jesus.” This hint from the heavenly eternal spirit changed my way of praying, thinking and reading.
    You mentioned I JOHN 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
    That is true. And what this is saying, is that God is three things. He is the Father, the creator. He is the Word which he speaks out, sends out, to create what ever he decide. The Word IS God, and it is another thing of what God is. Not seperated from the father. And God IS Spirit. Neither seperated from the Father. God IS Spirit. Therefore: These tree which IS in heaven ARE ONE.
    But that which has come down to the earth is three separate parts of Gods salvation. To become perfected in Christ, we have to have them all. We find in the word of God that some received the blood through repentanse. No. 1
    What was to hinder these, from receiving the Holy Spirit? Nothing. No. 2
    After that they were drinking of the living water within their hearts. The well within, springing forth to everlasting life. No. 3
    These three AGREE in one. There is no contradictions in the three substances that Jesus came to earth with. He wants us to receive them all in full and perfect amount.
    It is a question of beginning your belief in Christ being the truth. When He say that God is One, we have to believe the master of what he is telling us. I don’t dare to believe agains my masters words and commandments.
    I was born to be a son. Later I became a father. Today I am both son and father. Jesus IS everlasting Father. He became Son. Today we know him to be both Father and Son. God IS Spirit.

    Hi again Roger.
    If one man had ALL truth then he was usefull for all good work. If one man knew all truth then he has become like his Master. That is a good thing. If one man grows into all truth he becomes more and more like his master. And when he receives his last revelation he becomes evil? No he becomes perfected by being changed into the likeness of his master. The master is good. The disciples becomes like their master, good.
    Make man in our own likeness. Genesis.
    When you look at Adam, he was the one created in the “let US” image. Not Eve. She was created in the image of Man. Man was created in the image of God. And that means spirit, body and soul. When the spirit came into Adam he became one soul. Not three souls. Not three persons. Not three bodies. But one creature, created in the image of God. This tells me that God is one.
    Adam became the god of this world. He became the one with dominion of the fishes fowls and the beasts you know. He became the image of God.
    Eve did only have One Master she ought to listen to, Adam. But she failed to be true to her one and only master.
    MATTHEW 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

    My name is also the same as the name Johannes from Hebrew. The form of the Hebrew name יוֹחָנָן, Yôḥanan, which means Graced by Yahweh.

    The triune existence of the Godhead is fully omnipresent and way beyond anything man can understand, its for example found in John ch 3, and John ch 7……

    I John 5: 7-8 is not the only statement of the trinity in the NT; it is found in Matthew 3: 16-17, Matthew 28:19, John 14:26,

    Matthew 3- 16 and Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: and to a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased..

    In the Acts we can find a mention of the Holy Spirit as a distinctive person, asserting His will in the first person tense. In Acts ch 13-2 “As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.

    Notice that the Father states “This is my beloved Son, “IN whom” I am well pleased.” “in whom,” as opposed to ‘with whom.’ Why does it say “in whom?” Because Jesus was deity in the flesh. The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us John 1-14….. In Jesus Christ dwelt the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

    John 14-16,17.I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you”

    note in this verse the Comforter (the Holy Ghost) is evidently referred to as a “he” as opposed to an (it )…..(“…he may abide with you forever”). This same trinity reference is also found in John 14:26:

    “John14-26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Also John 16-13 references the Holy Ghosts identity as ” himself”

    (for he shall not speak of himself);

    This is repeated several times to make sure their is no missunderstanding. He does another time in John 15-26:

    John `5-26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me.

    this triune construction in His words is found once again in John 15-13,15..

    John 15 13,15 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: but he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you”

    .West Cott and Hort did not believe in the triune Godhead (the trinity)

    they make a false claim that I John 5:7 is absent in all pre-16th century Greek manuscripts and New Testament translations. This is verse is found 8 Greek manuscripts, and five of them are dated before the 16th century (Greek miniscules 88, 221, 429, 629, 636). The original Latin translations that the Waldensians held recorded I John 5:7 . There are at least 8000 extant Latin manuscripts, and many of them contain 1 John 5:7…. the most important ones being the Old Latin, which the early the fathers such as early as Tertullian in 155-220 AD, and also Cyprian 200-258 AD.

    1 John ch 7 is one of the most important verses in the bible, and the modern academia scholars hate it……West Cott and Hort did not believe in the triune Godhead…. The shortening of I John 5: 7-8 in the Westcott-Hort Greek text of 1881 down to an unclear statement concerning the 3 the Spirit, the water and the blood being in “agreement”. This is consistent with the 2nd and third century Gnostic writings of Clement, and Origin, and Arius, Arius, specifically taught that Christ was a created being and not God…This is where all the Alexandrian manuscripts come from…What good ever came out of Egypt?

    1 John 5-7,8 are found in many of the original Latin Vulgate manuscripts, as well as the Greek text that that Erasmus gathered in the late 15th century…,West Cott and Hort were both spirit chanelers who practiced necromancy, and were the founders of the Ghostly Guild, this is found in their own admissions and writings…They did not hide these facts, also openly claiming Charles Darwin was highly esteemed… Westcott-Hort Greek-English text is the primary bridge between ancient aberrant Alexandrian manuscripts, of which their is only about 45 in manuscripts in existence, and every modern translation in print today comes from these… On the other hand there are over 5000 TR manuscripts the text from Antioch. The early monophysites were those that followed the Alexandrian school of thought. it’s clear the Alexandrians became the conduit for the Gnostic manuscripts later adopted by the occultists Westcott and Hort in 1880;……… the Antiochians were the primary center for the dissemination of the Textus Receptus which was culminated in the 7 translations in English in the 16th century. from Tyndale s up to the KJB….

    Check the NT and compare what is says about Alexandria, and then what is says about Antioch.

    @Joen – thankyou for your reply – I understand that we are given enough truth for salvation – but that initial truth only came to me as a revelation from Almighty God – I did not find it by study.

    Only after Almighty God had ‘drawn me to Him’, and revealed His truth concerning His Messiah, Christ Jesus, could I then believe that truth and turn to Jesus as Christ and Lord in repentance.

    If one man had ALL truth, then why would he need God..?

    Concerning the ‘oneness’ of Almighty God – I believe that Scripture reveals the truth that He (Almighty God/the Godhead) is indeed triune in nature – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

    I do not believe that the God I worship, can only be ‘The Father’ or ‘The Son’ or ‘The Holy Spirit’ at any one time, no, I believe that He is all three, separate ‘persons’ at any one time.

    I have posted just some scriptures that speak of this ‘trinity’ – and I fully realise that there are also many scriptures that speak of God as one. To me, this confirms the triune Godhead.

    Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

    Joh 14:23-26 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

    Act 7:55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
    Act 7:56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

    Rom 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

    Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

    1Pe 3:22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

    There is another passage in the KJV that speaks of this triune nature of God – and I know well that verse 7 is ‘questioned’ by many modern translators:

    1Jn 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
    1Jn 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
    1Jn 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

    Regarding non of us having all truth.
    I do not want to contradict what Jesus is telling us in his word. And I am happy to say that I believe it is possible, for one person to know all things, that serves to salvation. II PETER 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
    I CORINTHIANS 8:2-3 And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.
    But if any man love God, the same is known of him.
    I JOHN 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
    These wonderfull words tells us about a knowledge which is not forbidden. The knowledge of the tree of Life. I love this. Jesus have opened his heart to his beloved wife, the church. He gives his knowledge to his church through a divine fellowship of love. We are the ones he explain his parables, when we are alone with him.
    I do not want to limit my possibilities to, what the world believe is possible. Everything is possible for those who believe. I am a believer.
    But yes, we need each other.
    Almighty God. (One person.)
    I believe Jesus to be the Father revealed in flesh, as also the text above is saying. I believe Jesus to be the eternal word becoming flesh. That means that the word was not flesh in the beginning of time. Therefore the bible say that the word WAS MADE flesh. This new creation of the word becoming flesh, is not another god beneath the father or equal to the father or seperately another. No. The bible tells us that He, Jehovah has not become another, He will come Himself to save his people. And when he came, created as a new creation, the second Adam, created in the LIKENESS of God, not just an image of God, He was called Eternal Father as human being. That was his name. That was his being. He was not another god. God created a temple for himself to dwell in. Those people who talked with Jesus, was talking with the Eternal God. To Him who revealed himself to be I AM, unto Moses. Jesus is He. Jesus is I AM. That makes God to be one. As also the first commandment tells us that he is one. Do not brake his commandment on this first step of commandments. Remember the children of Israel. They murmured against Moses. Moses delivered 10 commandments. They broke them all. The trinitarian doctrine is not according to the commandments of God.
    And when they murmured against Moses for the tenth time…
    NUMBERS 14:22-23 Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it:
    …they became enimies of God.
    The comforter is the holy spirit. But the holy spirit is the spirit of truth. And the spirit of truth is sent into this world in the name of Jesus. That means, if you want to address the spirit by name, you can call the holy Spirit, Jesus. Why might that be? Because Jesus is spirit and life eternal. And Jesus is telling his disciples in JOHN 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
    So, Jesus here is declaring himself to be the spirit who comes back. I leave you. I come back. One God. Jehosua (Jehovah saves) the only one who is worthy to carry this name is him. He came and revealed the name of the Father. The name of the Father is Jesus. Which means I AM the Savior.
    They knew that 2000 years ago. That is why they wrote what they wrote on the cross. Jesus of Nazareth. King of Jews. Who is the King of the Jews? Jehovah. And none at his side.
    The baptism in the NAME of the Father, the Son and the Holy ghost is the baptism in the NAME. Not the names with an s. No. There is only one name given, that covers all three titles. To be the father. Jesus. To be the son, Jesus. To be the holy ghost, Jesus. Jesus is Christ the anointed Prophet. The anointed Priest. And the anointed King. He was? No! Jesus IS yesterday, today and forever the same. How. Because he is more than a man. He is the eternal God revealed in flesh.

    I hear ya Pete. I see what is written in the scriptures, and at face value it offers no definitive answer. In my heart I have a spiritual inclination to pray for some who would be considered dogs or tares by their fruits. Gotta go with what’s written in our hearts. Thank you, and Bill, Randall and all for responding. Bill I heard that same Matt 5 today, on my way out of town, listening to one of Milton’s teachings. What a trip to get home and see you posted the same. I find this site so edifying and helpful to be able to just open up and ask about things I have a marginal understanding in. It’s like asking “just who is this God if ours”? in some scriptures. Thanks for your thoughts and convictions. Y’all be blessed, and know you are deeply loved, m. P.S. Joen, I asked my wife a couple days ago and she said Joen was probably Scandinavian for John. I value your input my friend.

    Gen 25-23 And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the (((other people))); and the elder shall serve the younger.

    there are two kinds of people in Rebekah’s womb.. The elder shall serve the younger.

    Jacob and Esau are now spiritual,,,, Esau, the “other people”, the elder, the tares,are servants to Jacob the younger, my people, the wheat.

    God’s kingdom is not left to the other people……Daniel 2-.44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to (((other people))), but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

    Since the time of Christ who came at the “6th kingdom” the Roman Empire, HE set up the 7th kingdom, “the kingdom of God” my kingdom is not of this world…. God’s kingdom was set up in the days of these kings (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome),,,,since that time the kingdoms of this world have been, and are being ground into powder…

    Esau are the sons of the alien of whom shall be your “plowmen and your vine dressers”.
    in Isaiah 61..Which actually links to John ch 15, who are the branch pruners…

    Jacob have I loved and Esau have I hated..

    Joen, and all – I have been reading through these comments as you have all been discussing these things

    I understand a lot of what Joen is saying – there are parts that I don’t agree with – but I believe that is in the interpretation of scripture.

    The truth is that none of us have all truth – we each have a part. Therefore none of us can teach our own understanding (and interpretation) as all truth. This is why we are members of the Body of Christ Jesus – so that as we share together, we will understand more of His collective wisdom and truth. We all need each other – Almighty God (three persons) designed His Body this way, so that none would be able to say that he or she has all truth.

    Christ Jesus promised that His disciples (through the ages) would not be left ‘comfortless’ – He promised the Holy Spirit would come, He kept His promise.

    It is this same Holy Spirit that will teach us the truth which is of Almighty God, and this same Holy Spirit will always point to Christ Jesus, and will only speak the truth that comes from the Father, through the Son – Jesus the Messiah of God.

    It is worthless anyone of us depending on our own studies for truth – He who does not ask questions, wait, and listen to, the word of God, given us through the Holy Spirit – will never understand biblical scripture.

    Joh 14:26-27 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

    I first considered your text an Amen to what I try to explain. Then Pete called it an interesting question.
    My view on this text from the bible is that Jesus only came to fulfill his promise to the seed of Abraham. But as we all know, Jesus condemned the sons of Abraham for not acting out of a good heart. Abraham was good of nature. But Abraham was also a mingled seed of the good nature. How? Through the women in the generation of descent line of Christ. Abraham got Issac. Issac got good and evil seed. Esau and Jacob. One was like his forefathers. One was like a beast. The evil nature of us hedens was mingled into the good nature of the Israelites. That was their sin at the time of Noah. The time of Moses. And also later on they mingled the holy seed with the gentiles. And this thing happening to the old Israel after the flesh, destroys their own fellowship with God. So when we look onto the old testament we find that gentiles at their time were believers. Why? Because it goes both ways. The believing good seed of Adam is now also found amongst the gentiles. This woman in the new testament accepts being called a beast in comparison to the Jewish people, the sons of God. And when Jesus see her faith in Jesus being a God of mercy, who even gives grace to the worst sinners, he stops and favours her believe. Praise God for the secret that the gentiles are also heirs the kingdom of God. What Jesus here is doing, became the great revelation of Paul:

    Very true Randall all was fulfilled in Christ Jesus who now lives in the true perfected believer in HIM…Always appreciate your understandings and teachings brother Randall.

    Hi mark
    I first considered your text an Amen to what I try to explain. Then Pete called it an interesting question.
    My view on this text from the bible is that Jesus only came to fulfill his promise to the seed of Abraham. But as we all know, Jesus condemned the sons of Abraham for not acting out of a good heart. Abraham was good of nature. But Abraham was also a mingled seed of the good nature. How? Through the women in the generation of descent line of Christ. Abraham got Issac. Issac got good and evil seed. Esau and Jacob. One was like his forefathers. One was like a beast. The evil nature of us hedens was mingled into the good nature of the Israelites. That was their sin at the time of Noah. The time of Moses. And also later on they mingled the holy seed with the gentiles. And this thing happening to the old Israel after the flesh, destroys their own fellowship with God. So when we look onto the old testament we find that gentiles at their time were believers. Why? Because it goes both ways. The believing good seed of Adam, is now also found amongst the gentiles. This woman in the new testament accepts being called a beast in comparison to the Jewish people, the sons of God. And when Jesus see her faith in Jesus, being a God of mercy, who even gives grace to the worst sinners, he stops and favours her believe. Praise God for the secret that the gentiles are also heirs to the kingdom of God. What Jesus here is doing, became the great revelation of Paul.
